Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

Relax in this very peaceful and private setting of this new Studio Apartment with the feeling of being in the Countryside. It is situated 6 km from Nelson CBD and close to bus service into town. There is one parking space available on our section, breakfast is included in your stay, with a vegan option on request. We offer a private Suite with sea views, a well-appointed bedroom with a king bed. French doors open onto a covered patio with outdoor seating. A breakfast room with a fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom has a shower and bath with a separate toilet room. You have plenty of off-street parking with access directly into the place for your private use. Suitable for a solo traveler or a couple. Located just a short drive from Nelson CBD and on the Picton side of town

Harakeke Hill, near Motueka

Modern off-grid accommodation. Our power comes from panels powered by the sun. We have a back-up generator which runs if the batteries have had their power used. Wi-fi + the internet are easily accessible. We have solar heated hot water and we run all the usual household appliances. Two bedrooms: each with a king bed which can be split into two singles. *Please state which bed arrangement you will be needing* EV or PLUG IN HYBRIDS: it is not possible to charge these vehicles overnight.

This cottage with elevated views is approx. 10km from Nelson. The modern interior has a dining area and kitchen equipped with a bench and sink, hot plate, microwave and fridge/freezer; a living area with a fold-out double bed settee and tv; and a delightful bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ensuite with vanity, shower and toilet. Parking is available, continuous gas-fired hot water, gas-fired BBQ, free WIFI, clean linen and towels etc. Washing and drying machines can be available.
