great place, furnished with love, fantastic view. only drawbacks ;-) . i LOVED the special showerhead there, yet if you are over 6 ft. 4 you have to duck - or use the other shower :-) . we had to leave

The stay was wonderful! Literally a 30 second walk to the water. I was so happy to be able to sleep with the window open to hear the sound of the ocean. The sunset was absolutely breathtaking from the window that you could see from laying in bed. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do and more. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully little condo near beach in Lincoln City’s charming Taft District. The location couldn’t have been better—within a two-minute walk to Siletz Bay and the beach, making it incredibly convenient for morning coffee strolls and a couple sunset fires on the beach. The condo itself was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable—clearly designed with both style and function in mind. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like a beach trolley, firewood, and supplies that made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was a breeze, and having access to a garage was a great bonus. Rachel was a fantastic host—communicative, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed beach getaway. We’d absolutely stay again.

House was clean and welcoming. We stayed 3 nights. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and great for shared meals we had with family staying at a nearby Airbnb. Janelle’s communication was prompt. Like that there was an office right in the area but we didn’t end up needing them. The downstairs king suite (pelicans nest) was perfect for me and my two little kids while other family stayed upstairs. Will definitely consider staying again if we are back at the coast!

We had a great time at Leslie and Anthony's home! Check-in and parking were very easy, and the place was more spacious than we expected. Having the king bed felt luxurious, and the location was fantastic (just a few minutes walking to the beach). We'll look to book here again the next time we're in Newport!

The stay went great. We spent most the time at the beach but being able to come back to house that felt relaxing made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful house with a walking path right to the beach! We booked last minute but Jordan was so responsive that we had no trouble getting in. Everything was spotless and it was very comfortable for me, my husband, and our young children. This is a great home base for Pacific City.

This is by far the best home we’ve ever stayed at! Right on the beach in a peaceful neighborhood-many times I was the only one on the beach-Easy level path right to the sand from the yard-Beautiful furnished home with soft bed linens & towels-Great comfy leather couch & relining chairs to look out spacious windows to the beach-especially nice when you just want to relax and watch the waves-The beds were especially comfy and the home was the cleanest I’ve ever seen-lots of everything you would need in the kitchen-we had fresh crab, clams and smoked salmon…a seafood delight! Teri was so kind and responsive that she made you feel very welcome and more like a good friend-The home is minutes to Pacific City so venture out to the Pelican Brewery Restaurant-the best fish & chips and chowder ever-be sure to shop the little stores and visit the Greatful Bread-best fresh bakery I ended up going twice too-Such a wonderful home we hated to leave-Thank You Terri for having us!

We had a restful, restorative week at Christopher’s home. The house itself is amazing: well decorated, spotless, very well stocked kitchen, and plenty of room. The location felt so private even though it’s in a beach neighborhood. Typically, houses are on top of one another in these settings. But not here. We knew there were neighbors, of course, but the house is situated in such a way that everyone feels far away. And the beach itself? It’s like being on a private island! Very few people -just the way we like it. It all served as a great home base from which to explore the Oregon Coast. And a word on that-the Oregon Coast is stunning, the vibe here is super chill, and the people we encountered were so friendly and welcoming. Our first time in this area of the country, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Christopher’s again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

If you are planning a visit to the beautiful OR coast then you won't find a better place. It's right on the beach and the views from living room are hard to beat. The sunset 🌅 will be visible from the sofa or the patio outside. The beach is clean and was not crowded when we visited. We took long walks and climbed the big sand dune at Cape Kiwanda which was the highlight of our stay. The views from atop are spectacular. The house itself is clean and comfortable and has all the amenities that we needed for cooking etc. there's ample space for 8-10 guests.

This was a great place for four people the beach is close. Restaurants are nearby as are grocery stores. While you are at it check out the Perk 101 coffee shop. Great coffee and tea.

Lovely and private. The fully enclosed yard was perfect for my 2 Corgis. The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked several meals, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is just wonderful. Very quiet and just a few minutes walk to the beach. We loved our morning and evening walks on the beach! I hope to return for another visit, we absolutely loved it.

This is our 7th or 8th stay at this house. Super private. Nice fenced in area for the dogs. Great deck to hang out in the sun. BriAnne is always responsive to any needs. Ready to book next year.

Our family stayed for 5 days at Cloud9 and everyone was very excited and happy about the choice for our vacation. We felt right at home, and our daily beach visit was just a few steps away. Our favorite pass time was playing games, dice and cards on the big central table. We will be back again in the future! Thank you!!

We added 2 extra days to our stay!! The view is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We liked the low fully enclosed balcony and how it was higher off the ground for a ground floor unit. Possibly 2 feet high. Would work nice for those with young children for safety. We kept the windows open to allow airflow with no AC and felt safe due to the patio being enclosed as well. Some of the other ground floor units are walk out patios and I would not have liked that. Jeannine gifted a bottle of wine and left some great suggestions that we appreciated. The condo has everything you need with many extras in the pantry and front closet. I was pleasantly surprised. It took a few days to spot a whale, but the included binoculars and telescope in the condo was very helpful when we finally did. Pro tip, watch for all the tour boats to gather in one area, it means something has been spotted. Great tide pooling at Fogarty beach(2 miles up the road)during low tide even without a negative low tide

Unbeatable location in Oceanside with unbelievable views! We loved being able to walk straight down to the beach, next door for a delicious meal, or around the adorable town. Close to Tillamook for groceries and the Tillamook factory experience. The condo was clean, organized, and host communication was proactive and helpful. Would undoubtedly stay again!

Very nice, clean and large condo. It’s right in the middle of town ( in a good way), so you can walk to restaurants or drive if you prefer. The mattress and couch were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the sunset views were spectacular! There is private beach stairs for the building, be advised that staying here involves a lot of stairs ( up to the condo or down to the beach), so bring some good shoes and a sweater. We loved the condo and would definitely return.

This is our second time staying at Lynn’s place and we just love it there. Lynn is always so kind and responsive when we’ve reached out with questions. Her beautiful space is just the perfect spot for families with young kids. The building has easy beach access from the backyard, with a rinse station and a toy box full of sand toys to borrow. And the bay is just a quieter calmer place for little kids to play. The main bedroom has the bed you see in the listing, and also a foldout double bed - which we love because we all just end of sleeping in the same room. And there is a latch up high on the front door to make it harder for little kids to escape. It’s walkable to a really nice coffee shop, and the food truck place (the pines). It’s also located on the end of town that is really close to Depot Bay, which we prefer as like a cute place to wander around. And super close to Pelican Brewery. It looks exactly like the listing and is designed just beautifully, it’s a gem.

Booked this place for our family of 5 and it was exactly what we were looking for. Pictures truly do not do the view justice. The view from the deck was as spectacular as any viewpoint we stopped at along our coastal drive. Only ding I would give the place is that the two bathrooms are located within the bedrooms, so whoever sleeps on the trundle bed has to enter a bedroom while the others are asleep to use the bathroom. Not a big deal for us, but that was the only downside. We would absolutely book this again if traveling along the Oregon coast.

Everything you need and then some. Love the split level—especially when traveling with two families. It’s nice to be together, but also have your own space. Also, so thoughtful to have items for the pups. This is walking distance of where our family crabs so it was the perfect location too!

Beautiful views, right on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Instructions were clear, easy to access, with a private parking spot. Would definitely stay again.
