The spacious vacation home (200 m², 3 double rooms, 3 terraces) is surrounded by forest and meadows and is 1.5 km from the center of Gmunden. From all rooms you can enjoy the wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountain panorama. Walks, hikes and cycling tours can be undertaken directly from the house. There is also a free swimming area at the lake with table tennis, volleyball, paddle boats, etc. (12-minute walk, 1-minute drive). We have floor heating and cooling.

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Welcome to our comfortably equipped yet traditional family house in Austrian style that accommodates all your holiday needs. Enjoy our garden and feel free to eat apples, plums, peaches and cherries straight from the trees (obviously depending on the season ;-) Have breakfast and coffee or simply chill out on our spacious balcony with the mountain views. Children will surely enjoy the garden house with slide, swings and the sand box while parents will cook delicious BBQ.

Welcome to our dog-friendly vacation home on idyllic Lake Attersee! Enjoy the lake view and nature. The house offers space for 5 people, a modern kitchen and a renovated bathroom. A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

Hiking tours, cycling, running trails, via ferrata, cross-country skiing, ski tours, water sports in one of the countless lakes or a little more relaxed in the Kaisertherme and Wellnessalm. Dachstein giant ice caves, salt mine, Hallstatt culture, Kaiservilla to name just a few more possibilities!

The town center is a 15-minute walk away, where there is everything you need. 10 minutes by car to Lake Wolfgang and the train station.

Quiet rural location with lots of hiking and relaxation opportunities. Everyone is fascinated by the view of the mountains and the idyll and tranquility with us. The property can only be reached by car. Lake Attersee is about 4.5 km away. Parking is available right in front of the house. Breakfast is available on request.
