We found a rustic alpine hut, arrived in the cold and fog, but then were rewarded with a breathtaking panorama! A beautiful cottage that invites you from the first moment, super well equipped, a warming stove for cold days, places to linger and dream. Great hikes along the lakes or to the peaks. A dream, a place to return to!

We were in town for an event, so we did not spend much time at the house. However, the surroundings are very beautiful, it is a peaceful area, and the host was very friendly. For those not by car, it is too far out of the way, but with a car, this is a great place to retreat to for a quiet evening after a day of exploring.

Esther was a very welcoming and friendly host, who was very quick to respond. The apartment was firat-class; it was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated, with lots of kitchen items available. There was a lovely garden just outside the apartment for my dog to walk in when we got up each day. I would definitely love to stay there again.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Viechtwang. The accommodation is exactly as described, located in a quiet neighbourhood in the beautiful Almtal. Veronika is a fantastic host, very friendly, responsive and happy to provide you with local recommendations.

Very nicely located house in a quiet location. The accommodation is very well equipped, both outdoors and indoors (sufficient kitchen utensils, baby equipment, etc.). Gabriela and Lena were very nice, always reachable and very quick to respond. We would come back anytime.

From the very beginning, communication was warm and straightforward – you felt immediately welcome. The house itself surpasses the already beautiful pictures: furnished with a lot of love for detail, fully equipped and with a breathtaking view and a fantastic garden. Everything was perfect – a place to arrive, breathe and feel good. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed at the property with 4 adults and 4 almost adult children and had more than enough space. The cabin was smartly and cozily furnished, the couch corner invited you to cuddle and the dining table was big enough for everyone. In the kitchen there were a lot of pots and cooking utensils. On the spacious terrace you could sit around a covered table, including the magnificent mountain view.

Pro: Great Location. Surrounded by mountains. Mountain view from Balcony. Clean Rooms. Cons: Difficult to check inn. No clear instructions about check inn. There are so many locks at the main door area but out lock was not locked at main door. There are many other locks are located behind the wall of main side wall of main door. In night, there is no light focusing on these locks so hard to find lock.

The place was beautifully clean and just like the photos. We were completely satisfied. Self check in and out was good in terms of flexibility.

The accommodation was very nice, corresponding to the description.

We felt very comfortable, the self-catering in the spacious kitchen-living area was quite possible, with the gastronomic coffee machine (1 coffee €0.5) we made friends. In sunny weather, the dining tables outdoors are very nice (beautiful views, good air, tranquility ...) The children accounts are throughout the yard area and experience direct contact with pets. The sauna at no additional cost was much appreciated after longer hikes to relax. I spent a relaxing time at the Grimmingblick hut with my children, grandchildren and friends.

Very nice large apartment with super equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and great balcony. We were there with our dog and were pleased with the fenced garden, a special highlight was also the beautiful clean pool. Michaela welcomed us warmly and the contact as a whole was very nice. The location was great too. Everything is great and highly recommended! Thank you very much!

great peaceful retreat close to Bad Ischl

Very good host

Very rustic cottage, easy check-in, good and easy communication with Berni and the hostess on site. Unfortunately, only a few sockets are available in the hut. The furniture in the garden is very outdated. Unfortunately, a lounger and some dishes were broken, so we demanded a very reasonable compensation. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

This apartment exceeded all our expectations. The spa area was incredible. The apartment had everything you could need and the bed was very comfortable. You can easily walk into town or along the river. Short drive to the lake and Hallstätt. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay-we had four siblings and a dog. The place has beautiful views from the window and balconies, both the mountains and the lake. The kitchen has all the possible amenities that are needed. Bakery and grocery store just a few minutes away on foot. The hosts were very kind.
