The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Cozy, self-sufficient tiny house in the countryside

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Quaint hut on the edge of the forest - pure relaxation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.

Cozy apartment in nature

Look forward to relaxing days in a lovingly furnished apartment and smell the good forest air, near Bad Leonfelden. The cozy accommodation invites you to relax after an extensive walk in the woods or one of the numerous hiking routes in the nearby area. You share the main entrance with us and our Labrador Paco, your pets are welcome. We look forward to seeing you soon!

The Kernalm is located in one of the most forested areas in Upper Austria at 1000 m above sea level. Here you can also enjoy the feel-good climate in summer. Top location just 1 km to the nearest town with supermarket, village shop and inn.

This unique place has a style all its own. The studio impresses with its large glass front which faces south and west. There is a private bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen and a private parking space.
