The spacious house is located at the end of a dead -end . Together with the big and sunny garden makes this place ideal for families with (small) children. There are 3 sleeping rooms , 2 with a double bed ( 140 and 160 cm wide) an one with 2 bunk beds. The living room is overlooking the garden, the kitchen is part of the living room and has all the necessary equipment( dishwasher, microwave/oven, coffee machine). The bathroom has a shower and a bath. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

A living and dining area and three bedrooms are spread over 85 m². The holiday park is ideal for those seeking peace and families with children. A heated pool is available free of charge in the park. There are also playgrounds, a soccer field, table tennis, tennis court (for a fee) and a playground. The Grevelingen Sea is within walking distance.

Please note: There are no Dutch TV channels in this house. The detached vacation home has a living area of about 100 m² and is located on a plot of about 750 m² Large property with garden. Hall, bathroom with shower and sink, living area with kitchen, door to the sunny and sheltered garden. The house has 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 2 with bunk beds). Around the house is about 550 square meters of garden with lots of sun and shade options, sheltered on all sides.

Beach house De Lichtboei is located in Ouddorp (South Holland) within walking distance of the beach with all amenities. The beach house is located in the Prinsenhof park. Ouddorp is a real family seaside resort. The beaches (about 25 kilometers long) are clean, quiet, very wide and are awarded every year. Those who cannot sit quietly on the beach can indulge themselves in the immediate vicinity, where there are the kite and windsurfing spots par excellence.
