I liked everything, everything is as advertised. The availability of underground parking was more than relevant for us. Nearby there are coffee shops, bakeries....on weekends there was a bazaar). Taksim Square is a short walk away, but the descents and climbs add distance. The host of the apartment provided all the necessary information, so we got there and checked in without any problems. Incredible home, clean and cozy. Our family was extremely impressed with the stay, living room and bedrooms were nice and big and the kitchen was well equipped! Location was top notch! Around 15 minutes to taksim square, and 10 minutes down to kabatas for the ferries or tram. There were also some nice coffee shops on the way down to the tram where with great views of the Bosphorus. Istanbul is such a walkable city that on one day we actually took the tram to the grand bazaar and walked all the way back, through the spice bazaar, Galata bridge, galata tower, and taksim square! Host was very responsive and proactive, sending a detailed list of suggestions for the surroundings. They were also very helpful answering questions we had before arriving, and were kind enough to accommodate flexible check in/out times to make the most of our time in Istanbul. Definitely recommend this stay for families or groups visiting Istanbul for the great location and property.

I had a wonderful stay at Mikail’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Mikail was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect. The amenities were well thought out, and I especially appreciated having a the projector in-front of one of the most cozy couches. The only minor downside was that the bathroom occasionally had a slight smell, but it was manageable and didn’t take away from the overall experience. Thank you Mikail for your hospitality! I’d gladly stay here again.”

Enes’s place was great! Nice and clean with fast wifi if you need to work. Also close to Memorial hospital if you are doing a health check up. Perfect for a week long stay.

We did not have any problems during the stay. The house was as in the photos. It was really good in terms of transportation. The subway is right nearby. There are Migrosjet, a pharmacy, Starbucks, etc. in the vicinity. Everything was as described.

Simply the best place I’ve ever stayed in Istanbul — and I’ve been coming every year. Most Airbnbs in the city tend to be a bit worn-out, with no elevator, outdated furniture, poorly equipped kitchens, or not-so-clean spaces. So I was truly impressed when I stepped into this apartment. Everything is top-notch: stylish and high-quality furniture, super clean and spacious, with two restrooms and a large, comfortable shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, the sofas are big and cozy, and there’s a lovely veranda that connects to all rooms, letting in tons of sunlight. The apartment is also fully automated, which is a great plus. It’s located very close to Taksim Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The building itself is perfect — modern, extremely safe, and beautifully maintained. There’s a gym, a pool, and plenty of indoor parking space. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available. There’s even a café in the building. Amazing place.

We spend 12 days at this place. Deniz has been very friendly and organized. The reception makes the logistics very smooth. The place was clean and close to shopping areas. We will definitely go there again.

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host had given the necessary instructions without checking in and we were able to check in quickly. Being in the residence was also important in terms of safety and having indoor parking. Only because there was new construction around it, the wayways were broken. While we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But you can easily come from the highway with a direct connection. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard, while the glass and balcony door are open, apart from that, when the windows are closed, there is no noise in the house. We were satisfied. Thank you to the host.

Mr. Ali and other colleagues are people who love to help and we almost forgot this kind of sincerity The house is minimalist, there are not many items, we walked around the house very comfortably. The seats are very comfortable, the bed is good and the dining table is spacious. Although the bathroom is narrow, the shower is spacious. The kitchen is small, but we had no trouble cooking our meals or brewing tea (BurgerLab helped us when we were missing something). Everywhere is within walking distance, if not, there is public transportation, it is still very comfortable. The streets were busy, but it didn't bother us because we were only there for a few days. I definitely recommend this house without further ado, and I hope to see Mr. Ali again

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.
