Located 2.5 km from the village of Grazzano Visconti, the residence is located in the central area of the village, a stone's throw from the sports center equipped with swimming pool, tennis and paddle courts. In front of the property there is a bus stop to reach the city or the valleys of Piacenza. The villa, with a separate entrance, is completely fenced and has a terrace and balcony, a garden on three sides and a double garage that houses three cars. Ideal for long stays and/or large groups.

Our apartment is ideal for couples on holiday in Liguria. It consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with shower cabin and a well-eqipped kitchen. The Apartment is located on the top floor of a two-story house and has stunning views of the Ligurian hills. Even though our house is located in nature surroundings, the famous attractions of Liguria are situated close by and you can successfully combine contemplation of nature with urban tourism, cultural routes, museums, etc.

The flat is located in the city center of Busseto and has just been completely renovated. It is divided into 2 floors and consists of kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Busseto is known throughout the world for being the hometown of Giuseppe Verdi and is the perfect starting point for visiting Verdi's places and for a vist of the production area of Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham. It is about 20 minutes drive from Fidenza Village, 30 minutes from Piacenza, Cremona and Parma.

It offers all amenities: high speed wifi, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, a bedroom (160x200 cm double bed), a double sofa bed (140x200 cm) in the living room + garden. View over the surrounding mountains. (1 pet allowed - extra fee Eur 25 p/stay). The flat can only be reached on foot. Public parking is 100 mts away. Carro can be reached only by car, as busses from Sestri are very limitedl!
