Surrounded by beautiful lakes, woods, countryside. Close to city life 30 min from Amsterdam center and airport. Trainstation 10 min, taxi, Uber, busstop in front of house, 2 shopping centers 5 min by car, market 10 min. Central Holland, historical, terraces on the lakes, restaurants, watersport, boat, sup and bike rent, swimming.

Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, light a fire at Zwiethouse, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. We built the wooden house ourselves in 2019 with used materials. The house can accommodate 4 people, the kitchen diner has a cozy dining table and comfortable seating area. The living room has a beautiful glass roof that provides a beautiful light exposure. - Kitchen equipped with combi oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and oven. The 1st bedroom is located on the first floor, next to the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom can be reached with a short staircase on the 1st floor

In a detached building, originally a garage, a pleasant place has been realized with its own kitchen and bathroom. There are two double beds that can also be separated from each other. A sunny terrace is located at the rear. The immediate vicinity is loved by hikers and cyclists; from the cottage you can go anywhere! Of course, the cottage is equipped with free Wi-Fi and a smart television. The cottage has its own entrance on a bordered piece on the plot.

Our old farm has a large stable whose back has been converted into a guest house and in which you can enjoy the peace, space and nature which will immediately give a wonderful holiday feeling. A spacious south-facing patio with stunning views, a table tennis table and a fire basket can be used. Spot birds of prey like buzzards to deer and butterflies and relax completely.
