Calm and elegant place to rest. New house located in a dead end. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms upstairs. Each of the rooms is equipped with a shower and 2 beds. The entrance, the kitchen and the toilet are common areas that you will share with your family. Sheets and bath towels provided. Broadband WiFi (fiber). We are 5 minutes from the train station. Possibility to park for free 50m from the house. On the ground floor, there is my personal and private accommodation.

This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

The house is in a quiet hamlet, between Jauldes and Brie. You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you
