Lovely apartment with a patio

This is a calm and elegant place perfect for relaxing. Here you will be in a quiet area, surrounded by nature. This a residential part of the city and it's just a bus ride away from the city center. We are close to Porto and the city park "Parque Oriental da Cidade", in Azevedo de Campanhã (Rua do Meiral) but we have our own green park. Once per week, the flat will be cleaned and the bed and bathroom linen will be changed. We don't have a washing machine but we have a laundry service.

Close to shops (300m walk) - Douro 500m: swimming with swimmer/lifeguard, walks to the wineries of Porto, bike. Avintes is a city in the countryside: after having Saturnin, we have 4 laying hens. Finally, you will taste the "broa" of Avintes, an 18th century bread still traditionally made. Welcome.

ManuelHouse is a 2-story house. A new and welcoming specimen, ideal for family or friends. On the main floor we find the entrance hall, two bedrooms and a full toilet. On the lower floor we have one more bedroom (no daylight, but very spacious +/-20m2), living room with TV and sofa, a full and well-equipped kitchen, dining table up to 8 people and a full spacious toilet. We currently have no outdoor space, still under renovation.

I offer you an apartment on the 1st floor located near amenities, accessible on foot (grocery store, bakery, bars,restaurants...) Porto and Espinho accessible in 20 minutes with the highway (located at the exit of the city). You can take advantage of its large terrace. I apply a cleaning fee of €30 to be paid on site if you opt for this option or you have the opportunity to do it yourself.
