With 900 sq ft of living space, the open concept combines the kitchen, dining, living, bedroom & private bathroom. The space includes a washer & dryer, carport & fenced kennel area. You will have dark skies and quiet nights with quick access to Martindale, Fentress, San Marcos, Seguin, Luling, Lockhart, New Braunfels, and more. It is 3 minutes from the toll road and equidistant between Austin and San Antonio! Plenty of space for trailer parking and turn-around!

The B Cottage in Shiner

Be our guest and come enjoy a romantic date night or if you need a place to stay for work, we have Wifi. Our place is simple, cozy, and offers a fun night away. Walking distance to historic downtown Shiner, Welhausen Park and the Spoetzl Brewery. Come and enjoy yourself in the "cleanest little city in Texas." Our cottage is one big room, queen size bed, shower/tub bathroom. It is set back from the street to the left of our home. We have a kitchenette with a full size coffee bar.

The Cabana Guesthouse

Cabana Guesthouse is a private 1 b/1b cottage w/ sleeper sofa, kitchen, custom pool table for indoor entertainment & in ground private swimming pool & spa for outdoor enjoyment! There is a large porch for sitting back & relaxing watching birds, deer & other wildlife that meanders onto the 4 acres. There is a large deck w/ charcoal grill & outdoor dinning. Inside is also TV, games, movies, etc. Gonzales is a VERY historical town w/ lots to see!

Gingered Swan

The Gingered Swan is one of our favorite tiny and artistic designs. It has an 80 sq. ft. footprint downstairs & a 70 sq. ft. space upstairs. There is a small Living area & kitchen sink, (but no plumbing right now) an upstairs porch and NO bathroom (You will use the community bathhouse). There is no TV or wifi. Well behaved dogs are allowed with a $20 pet fee per reservation. No smoking in our tiny houses.
