Historic home with second floor private entrance

Second floor access only with private entrance. 4 bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room. No kitchen. Clean and quaint. We operate a coffee shop on the lower floor of the house on seasonal weekends so expect light noise after 7am (shop opens at 8 am) but come down for a complimentary coffee or tea and a homemade scone Saturday and Sunday morning.

~Dramatic Views on Minnesota's South Shore ~

We stayed at Dramatic Views in Lake City for 4 days and really wished we could have stayed longer! We were in the area for our son’s wedding, with family coming from Indianapolis, Green Bay and Reno. Dramatic Views is even more beautiful in person than in the photos online. The decor is tasteful and adorable, with the views of Lake Pepin sparkling through the windows on the front of the home . We had absolutely everything we needed for preparing meals in the kitchen, the beds were comfortable and the large dining table was perfect for gathering around with family! If we are ever in Lake City again, we will definitely stay at Dramatic Views!

This was our second time at Anchors Away. It’s a prime location if you’re a walker or just looking for a get away. We did a lot of golfing and there are several GC’s close by. Thanks Shirley!
