Holiday rentals with a patio in Goodyear

This is a very nice and clean apartment. Communication was quick and easy. There is a lot of road traffic noise but there is a sound machine for sleeping. Overall it was perfect for our visit. Loved having a garage for our car.

Very beautiful and cozy place easy to find and to access very peaceful neighborhood. Very cleaned and spacious place. Definitely recommend, look forward to staying here again in the future.

This place was great, the apartment was really spacious and clean, and had everything we needed! Bonus points because the pool was well kept by the complex's management (and that's coming from a pool operator; I was impressed).

Derek was great and very helpful! Gave lots of recommendations on things to do and the location is walkable to downtown phoenix.

I booked this location needing it less than 24 hours. Adena was extremely easy to work with and accommodated my early check-in along with my exit being a day earlier than planned. Water was in the fridge and coffee was available for me when I arrived along with a very welcoming environment.

Excellent stay! This Airbnb is beautiful. It was super clean, adorably styled, comfortable, and quiet. We went to Chase Field for a baseball game and it only took us a few minutes and a $6 Lyft to get there. I loved the off-street parking as well. It felt very safe and comfortable overall. Will be staying again!

On June 12, I and my wife rented this beautiful three bedroom home on the Airbnb site. We were very impressed with the responsiveness and the informative host of the host Amanda. Upon arrival to the home, we found the check in to be very simple. The home was described just as it wasn’t the pictures very clean. The pool was amazing. The Jacuzzi and sauna as well. We had a absolute complete good time and definitely look forward to using this home again on our next getaway also arrowhead mall and many other restaurants and malls are all within 5 to 10 minute drive

We highly enjoyed our stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and just a text away if we needed anything. We especially loved the pool and hot tub! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely book again!

The location is fantastic with the accessible lakes, mountains and facilities nearby, all set in a friendly community. We had an amazing stay! The home was overall nice—comfortable, well-located, and had a lot of charm. The home was , beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. However, there were a few areas that could use a bit more attention when it comes to cleaning. Nothing major just a little more attention to certain areas of the home. Still, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s hospitality.We had an amazing stay! The location was nice, peaceful and quiet. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay! The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed, the instructions on using the pool features were very clear and my littles swam for hours and hours on end and loved every second of it. The home is beautiful and very well organized. We would definitely book again!

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Very responsive and helpful! A nice quiet space that allowed us to relax while in Phoenix. They provided all the instructions and things to do in advance ! The space was cute & quaint & looked like the photos. We especially enjoyed the patio area and natural sunlight.

I was a first time guest at an Airbnb home and a bit anxious about it. As soon as I walked in, my trepidation evaporated. I was impressed with the home’s welcoming atmosphere and how relaxing it was.
