It is only a few minutes' walk to the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/cycling routes. So you can explore the IJssel/Berkel area, the forests or Veluwe. From the backyard, you can get on a paddleboard or in a canoe.

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. The cottage has a garden of about 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. Other than that, there are no general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is located against a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed to put away 2 bicycles.

Come and enjoy peace and space in Ruurlo. In our yard there is a cozy and fully furnished guest house with a living/bedroom, bathroom and kitchen for 2 people. It's located on the first floor and caters for a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The groundfloor offers a room with two single beds, it can be booked additionally only during the weekend or national holidays. The photo's do not do the spacious rooms enough justice.
