All'interno c'è un piccolo angolo salotto pranzo con camino e pigna e una cucina nuova; salendo le scale si accede alle due camere, una matrimoniale da mille e una notte e una trasformabile da letto singolo a letto matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno von vasca. All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

Malerisch und ruhig eingebettet gleich neben dem idyllischen kleinen Fluss Briee und unterhalb des Spiel und Sportplatzes von Gordevio liegt das 1969 im Tessinerstil erbaute Anwesen, das 2018 total modernisiert und neu möbliert worden ist. Es freut uns, die bisher hauptsächlich privat genutzte Ferienwohnunge, studio rubino mit 2 Zimmern und 40 m2 Wohnfläche, nun frei vermieten zu können.
