Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

Country location on a quiet road just minutes from Canandaigua Lake, and Bristol Mountain. Large farmhouse, with private suite including a huge great room (450 sf), wrap around screened-in porch. Please note that bedrooms and bath are upstairs. Geothermal heating/cooling. No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Unplug- and recharge- in our rustic converted school bus. Swim in the pond, meditate in the garden, pick raspberries and see some of the best night sky viewing around. Visit with the farm animals and tag along for chores if you want. This skoolie is far from the swanky, expensive ones you've seen on social media- this is a simple, rustic and very old bus that we were lucky enough to live in with our kids while we looked for our perfect farm, and now we're happy to share it with you!

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.

We enjoyed our stay at Grandma’s Cottage - Lake Canadaigua, NY. The porch was our favorite place and where we spent almost every moment while we were at the cottage minus sleeping. It was comfortable and offered all that we needed. Jamie and Renee were great hosts, very friendly, willing to help with any of our needs, and made good recommendations of places for us to go and see in the area. We enjoyed staying here for a long weekend getaway with our daughter. The backyard is beautiful, very quiet and peaceful, and we saw so much wildlife! We enjoyed using the kayaks that were provided, we kayaked all the way up to the lake! We also enjoyed having fires and watching the neighbors dog, she was goofy! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be curtains for all the windows as the sun comes up very early this time of year. Our host was very responsive and accommodating, allowed us to come a day earlier which was very nice! Would definitely love to stay here again!
