Also, It has a small back yard where you can relax and enjoy your coffee and maybe a cigarette among the plants. The neighbourhood is very quite and it literally 5 minute walk to center. You can find some stores nearby such as food stores, coffee house, bakery, patisserie and tavern. The parking is public, safe and free just in front of the apartment.

Fatovo ist ein ruhiges Dorf mitten in den Rhodopen mit einmaligem Blick über die Berge. Die Unterkunft mit separatem Eingang besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Bad. Kochmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Die Lage nach Südwesten sorgt bei den zahlreichen Sonnenstunden im Jahr für Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Small and pleasant apartment. Very well-equipped kitchen, there is parking in front of the entrance, there was a little problem with the drainage of the shower and I hope it was fixed.

There is no better place to stay at while in Smolyan! The apartment is the cleanest place we have ever been to! It is spacious, bright and has all kinds of amenities. Everything is new, the place is spotless. Galya was very kind and responsive, the location is ideal near the river with a beautiful view of the mountains. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! ❤️

For Turkish guests, I think there was no Raki and tea glasses should be bought! Coffee facilities should be increased for normal coffee and Turkish coffee! There is no coffee pot and cup facility especially for Turkish coffee. Located in a quiet area. We think a playground for kids is enough for snow! The location of the villa is definitely no heating problem unless the 😄 electricity goes away!
