Welcome to this pleasant apartment of about 75 sqm with an open floor plan on the lower floor of the old school in Eksta, built in the late 1800s. The apartment has previously served both as a caretaker's residence and a holiday home when the school was in use. The school building also houses art studios and a hall library. On the upper floor, there is another apartment. You have access to a large garden with garden furniture, hammock and barbecue. You have your own entrance and toilet, but the shower is shared with another tenant.

Huset har 5 lägenheter 2 mindre och 3 större till huset hör en balkong som har morgon och kvälls sol och som husets gäster delar på.En oas till trädgård med många olika rum att sitta och avnjuta en frukost lunch eller middag eller bara koppla av lite.Grillen går mycket bra att använda och Lusthuset välkommen till GLÄDJENS HUS

As our guest, you have free access to the Himmel&Hages garden, where you can pet rabbits, play table tennis, bounce on the trampoline, or simply relax in a hammock under the birch trees. The appartment is on the second floor, above our ceramic ateljé.

Quiet neighborhood, central location

Calm and fresh home base for all experiences on the island. Land in Eken's bed in the evening and meet the morning on the patio. Parking is included and the car can stay parked as Visby's pleasures and experiences can be reached on foot. Bed linens are included. Bath towels and towels are also included. I want the bath towels to stay in the apartment, so if you go to the beach, you have to bring your own bath towels. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased.

Välkomna att hyra min mysiga 2:a som ligger 5 minuters promenad från Visby ringmur. Här bor ni centralt i ett lugnt område men nära stadens puls. Bussförbindelser till öns alla utflyktsmål i närheten och gratis parkering för er som besöker ön med bil. Som värd bjuder jag gärna er på mina bästa smultrontips, är själv född och uppvuxen på ön. Vill ni njuta av frukost/lunch/middag ute finns det utemöbler på gårdsplanen. Varmt välkomna att boka ☀️

Wonderful 2-bedroom apartment in Visby

The apartment offers a beautiful view over the Almedalen park. It features a living room with a seating area and dining space for six. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, fridge, and freezer. There are two separate bedrooms; the left bedroom has a cozy 160 cm bed with great views. The second bedroom, adjacent to the social area, also has a 160 cm bed. The bathroom is spacious and bright with natural light from a window.

Cozy apartment in a residential building in a quiet area of Visby including free parking outside the entrance. The apartment has 1 room, smaller kitchen and private bathroom with shower and toilet. We have a large garden that you can use if you wish. There are various patios that can give you a wonderful start to the day with breakfast in the sun, a nice barbecue in the evening or just take it easy. 2 bicycles belong to the property.

Apartment on the upper floor of the grand building. 1 room and kitchen. Bathroom with shower and WC. Balcony in south facing with little sea view,seeing a bit of Stora Karlsö. Nice to have breakfast on the balcony and also sit there at night. Umbrella is there. Also balcony facing west facing which is nice in the afternoon and evening with view over the garden. Quiet and nature close by.

Nära till allt, ruinerna havet shopping restauranger botaniska trädgården strandpromenaden och alla gränder med sevärdheter. 2 separata sängar, 105 och 90 cm bred. Rök djur och party-fritt boende. Passar gärna äldre. Åldersgräns 27 år. Du har nära till ICA och stora torget med massor av bra restauranger.
