Small cozy, newly renovated and well planned apartment with attractive location close to Burgsvik harbour. Walking distance to swimming from the beach or jetty, sunsets, Burgsvik's sea sauna, restaurants such as Guldkaggen and Grå Gåsen. Private patio with limestone from the island and a large communal pool and lush garden. The pool is open during the summer and can be used from the age of 2. The apartment consists of 1 rok with sleeping alcove with a nice double bed. In addition, there is a good sofa bed with a mattress for two people.

Beautiful and beachfront house with walking distance to the sea and views of the Charles Islands on the stunning Ekakusten on Gotland. The house has 4 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and toilet. The large living room with open up in the nock has room for both dinner and hang. There is a deck where you can enjoy a good piece of food while you can hear the noise of the waves and look out at the sea and the carnival islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the comfortable pool. There's also a patio for a rainy summer day.

The house, a former boarding house from 1930, is located in Smågårde, just before Gnisvärd's historic fishing village. Ett unikt & lyxigt boende! Villan, som är byggd 2022, ligger på ett privat läge med fri utsikt mot äng och skogsområde samt har alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Under sommarhalvåret är det solläge från morgon till kväll. På gång- och cykelavstånd finns Tofta Strand samt Gnisvärds Fiskeläge med flera restauranger, stenugnsbageri, minigolfbana, uthyrning av kite, surfbrädor, padelbana, tennisbana, utegym, livsmedelsbutik mm. I vårt boende ingår även en elcykel med lastutrymme. Välkomna!

Lägenheten har ett fullutrustat modernt kök & allrum, ett sovrum med 4 sängplatser, dusch, WC, TV och gratis Wi-Fi. Läget är centralt och här kommer hela familjen att trivas. Känn er som hemma och laga mat i köket eller nyttja den trevliga grillplatsen precis intill poolen. En parkering till lägenheten ingår. Endast 10 minuters promenad till Visby innerstad.

On the property's roof there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We rent to attentive tenants only. You should be smoke and pets free and respectful of house rules. Welcome to Villa Skogsglänta. A newly built villa with all the amenities. Pool, large veranda, fireplace and not least walking distance (1km) to Tofta beach. The house is 112 sqm (100 sqm inside) and there is also an additional building with a bedroom of 10 sqm that you can rent. The house is located in Gnisvärd, just a 15-minute drive from central Visby. From the residence, you can get to Visby Golf Club in 12 minutes by car, which in 2020 was voted Sweden's best Golf Club.
