Welcome to our architect-designed dream house of 110 sqm. The house is divided into three bedrooms, an orangery, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room in the loft. From the loft you also come out on the roof terrace which has a sweeping view of the Baltic Sea. The glazed orangery is the link between the living room and the bedroom part. Here you can sit and watch the stars or light a fire in the fireplace. The bathroom has a sunken limestone bath. Bungenäs is a unique area free of cars, parking 800 meters from the house.

Only fifty meters from the sea is this charming little house that has been lovingly renovated last year. Downstairs, kitchen, living room with pull-out sofa and bathroom with washing machine. Kitchen has oven, stove, dishwasher and fridge. The upstairs two bedrooms have a double bed or two single beds. The garden has several patios. The convivial fishing community Lickershamn is a vibrant boat harbor with restaurant, kiosk, bangolf, fish shop, swimming jetty, lovely sandy beach and Virgin, the island's highest rauk.

Rent our modern little house, only a 5 minute walk from Fridhems beach. The house is situated 2,5 km from the kids paradise; Kneippbyn. A lighted bicycle path takes you there or to Visby if you please. Its only 6,5 km to the ferry terminal in Visby and the famous town wall. Up to 5 guests can sleep in the cabin. It comprises of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a combined kitchen/living room. On the terrace, guests can relax and enjoy the sun. The garden is big enough for kids to run around and play.

The house is located in Gnisvärd only 15 minutes drive from central Visby. From the residence you can get on 12 minutes by car to Visby Golfklubb, which in 2020 was voted Sweden's best Golf Club.

Here, you live in beautiful Katthammarsvik, next to the popular smokehouse with associated restaurant. 1.5 km from Östergarns IK with tennis courts, frisbee golf, and beautiful runs. In the harbor you can also rent kayaks from one of the island's many Kayakomauts. 5.5 km from Herrvik harbor and 5.6 km from Sandvikens camping.

The studio house by the sea

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
