The D&C apartments is a newly built apartment at Agros Kontokaliou 6 kilometers away from Corfu town center, 5kilometers from the port and 6,5 kilometers from the airport. Is with other 4 flats and is fenced, which make the environment safe for children to play. It has private parking. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο όροφο,είναι σοφίτα 40 τ.μ. με εμφανή σκεπή.Έχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο,μπάνιο καθώς επίσης και ένα κοινόχρηστο χώρο που περιλαμβάνει την κουζίνα και το σαλόνι.Το πιο ωραίο σημείο του σπιτιού όμως θεωρούμε πως είναι το μπαλκόνι το οποίο είναι αρκετά μεγάλο και έχει θέα προς την Μαρίνα με τα σκάφη και το βόρειο τμήμα του νησιού.
