Beachfront holiday rentals in Government of Amsterdam

Ganz liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment in Zandvoort! Man kann direkt erkennen, wie viel Mühe und Liebe Monique darein gesteckt hat. Neben einem aufmerksamen Willkommensgruß, ist alles, was man für ein paar erholsame Tage braucht, in der kleinen Wohnung vorhanden. Auch die Lage ist super, man gelangt fußläufig innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ins Zentrum und der Strand befindet sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der vor dem Apartment gelegene Parkplatz ist goldwert, denn die Preise fürs Parken in Zandvoort sind sehr hoch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Unsere Aufenthalt bei Annelies war einfach wundervoll! Die Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und herzlich . Sie hat uns mit tollen Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Die Lage war perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen. Perfekt gelegene Wohnung von der man abends einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Beachbars liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Zentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Pluspunkt ist der zur Wohnung gehörende und auf dem Grundstück liegende Parkplatz. Wir können das stilvoll eingerichtete Beachhouse auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Airbnb gefühlt. Es war schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage war auch perfekt. Man ist in nur 2 Minuten Fußweg am Strand. Tagsüber wurde das Airbnb sehr warm durch die Sonne. Wenn man die Zeit dann aber draußen verbringt ist es nicht so schlimm. Die Kommunikation mit Patty war super.

Sehr schönes Apartment, tolle Lage, tolle Gastgeber, sehr hundefreundliche Gegend. Wir hatten leider nur Pech mit dem Wetter - leider mehr Regen wie Sonne aber kommen gerne wieder und hoffen dann auf schöneres Wetter :)

It was my second time there, and everything was great again. Highly recommended, and only 15 minutes from the beach. Everything was easily accessible and walkable.

Très bonne localisation et proche des services. On se sentait en sécurité, comme à la maison. Berrie répond très rapidement aux messages et questions. Tout a bien fonctionné.

Tolles Tinyhouse, sehr ruhig gelegen, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Wasser entfernt. Zwei Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung, die perfekt sind, um zum Bahnhof zu fahren, von wo aus man in ca 25 Minuten in Amsterdam Centraal ist. Bart Jan war sehr freundlich und hat mir den Tipp gegeben, das Amsterdam&Umgebung Ticket zu kaufen (41.50€ für 3 Tage so viel man möchte Bahn, Bus, Tram fahren). Ich habe sehr entspannte Tage dort verbracht und würde wiederkommen, wenn es mich mal wieder nach Amsterdam zieht. Vielen Dank!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach empfehlenswert. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns aufgrund der Nähe zum Strand super entspannen.

Die Unterkunft entsprach in allen Punkten der Beschreibung, es ist ein gemütliches Haus mit blühendem kleinen Garten, komfortablen Betten und zwei entzückenden Katzen. Jeanette und Familie haben wir leider nicht kennen gelernt, aber sie haben ein Büchlein mit allen wichtigen Informationen hinterlassen, waren per whatsapp immer erreichbar und die Nachbarn nett und hilfsbereit. Castricum ist ein ruhiges Städtchen mit wunderschönem Strand, den man auch mit Kindern in 20-30 Minuten entspannter Radtour auf einem schönen Fahrradweg erreicht. Alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und Amsterdam erreicht man in 25 Minuten mit dem Zug - ideal für einen Urlaub ohne Auto.

Steven was absolutely amazing! The boat is lovely and well situated and he went absolutely above and beyond to help us out on our stay - he even brought us out on his tugboat for a test run! Could not recommend enough thank you so much for our stay 😊😊

Das Haus von Wessel und Maud ist sehr stylisch eingerichtet und toll gelegen. Man ist zu Fuss schnell im Lidl und im herzigen Zentrum von Huizen. Ausserdem ist Huizen toll gelegen, man ist mit dem Auto innert 30-45 Minuten in tollen Städten wie Amsterdam, Haarlem, Utrecht usw. und an schönen Stränden wie Wijk an de See und Zandervort. Wessel ist sehr freundlich und antwortet immer sehr schnell. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. 🥰

The house was well designed with lots of neat details. Michiel was a nice and responsive host who always answered our questions. The house is very well located only a bikeride from the beach, and Shops and train station are within walking distance. Cleanliness of the kitchen could have been better (we rewashed everything because apparently the filter in the dishwasher was full so the dishes weren't clean upon arrival).

We had a lovely stay in BoresMikes house. The location is perfect with the sea on one side and a lake for kayaking and a private pier on the other side. Bores gave us a warm welcome and the communication was kindly. Bores gaves us dircetions what to do. The house is very cosy. We felt like home. The location is perfect for a relaxing and calm holiday.

Annette’s home was a great base to explore Amsterdam with our young family. The house is about a 5-10 minute walk to the tram with regular, quick service to Amsterdam. Stores are about 10-15 mins walk. The area is peaceful and there are beautiful views from the house. The kitchen is beautiful and well appointed. The bedrooms and living room are large even by American standards. We did not use the garage but it would be very helpful for anyone exploring further afield with a car.

Bas and Jason are amazing hosts for this rental. The space is beautifully designed and we enjoyed our downtime there every bit as much as our time in Amsterdam. The kitchen is remarkably well appointed including an espresso maker and air fryer. The area is quiet and we enjoyed walking along the water for a local dinner at Restaurant Five. The tram to Centraal Station is just 2 minutes outside the door and takes 15-20minutes in depending on the time of day. This rental would be ideal for families with children. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed everything about staying in Amstelveen with Marita and Carl Their hospitality was exceptional with lots of communication. The location was superior with access to public transportation (3 bus routes within 3 walking blocks), good shopping at the city center mall and Friday open air market and local shops on bus routes or easy walks, beautiful neighborhood for walking and in nearby parks, friendly neighbors. We enjoyed two really fine dinners at nearby restaurants: Veri Sapori for Italian and Lemon Grass for Indonesian and a fine lunch at Boulevard Cafe. We mostly cooked for ourselves and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and we needed the duvets because we had a spring chill. All in all, this was a great place to spend 10 days and enjoy being in a neighborhood with easy access to a great city filled with museums and history.

Soggiorno di 4 notti in 4 con 2 bambini di 3 e 6anni. La casa di Guido è ideale per i bambini che hanno molto appressato il salta salta nel giardino oltre che gli spazi esterni ed interni molto vivibili. Nonostante il circondario sia residenziale il centro è raggiungibile in 15 minuti di tram. Assolutamente consigliatissimo.

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.

Marieke en Herman wonen werkelijk in een prachtige omgeving. Je zit direct aan het water, waar je zo in kan duiken en vanaf het huis maak je prachtige wandelingen. De tuin is een waar genot: mooi en wild, lekker in de zon met allerlei zitjes en een tafel. Er zijn overal bijtjes, vogels en vlinders. Marieke en Herman zijn supervriendelijk, behulpzaam, gastvrij en gul. Het huis is ruim, heeft een fijne bank en tafel, een badkamer met douche en bad, goed warm water. Een goed matras ook - lekker stevig! Koken kan op de keramische kookplaat en er is een koelkast en koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker beschikbaar. Zaken die ontbraken kon ik vragen. Het huis is wat rustiek, soms een beetje zoeken naar comfort. Het is een deel van het huis waar de eigenaren zelf wonen. Dat betekent dat je het bijvoorbeeld wel eens hoort kraken als er gelopen wordt. Het is wat mij betreft een mooi voorbeeld van 'sharing is caring'. Ik heb zeker enorm genoten van de schoonheid en rust van deze omgeving.
