Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Government of Amsterdam

Marga's place is in a peaceful neighborhood from where Amsterdam city center is very easy to reach by bus or tram! Very nice garden and beautifully furnished living room. She gave us good tips for shopping and dining. Hope to visit Amsterdam again and stay Marga's apartment.

I had a great time in this apartment! It's very charming, you feel at home. Crossing, with a small terrace and a balcony to enjoy the outside, it is very bright inside. It is ideally located less than 5 minutes from the tram and next to amenities (supermarket, restaurants, etc.) Beau was very responsive and flexible, anxious that we had a good stay!

I adored Daphne's apartment. She has a talent for interiors and is a great communicator. If steep, narrow steps are an issue for you this might not be the place for you. But otherwise everything was great!

We had a great time at Lisa’s. It was convenient to what we wanted to do and she left recommendations that helped us explore more. Flexible check-in was great after a long flight. We also liked having Sem as an added bonus.

There were two of us. Was super quiet and you could do his thing. There were no problems and had a great time. I highly recommend smokers (420 friendly)

Very cosy appartment for a week-end in Amsterdam. We enjoyed the little balcony. Good matress & peaceful neighborhood. The cats were very gentle. We would definitely come back !

We had a wonderful time staying in Niels apartment. It was beautifully decorated and spacious, only three stops from the central station by tram and in walkable distance to Javastraat. We also really enjoyed staying on the balcony for a drink as the sun was setting. Thank you for having us!

Joshua is an excellent host and his place is amazing. If you'd like to enjoy Amsterdam without being disrupted by the tourist crowds, this area is the perfect spot. The tram stop is just 50 metres from the house, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The house is well-equipped, and the terrace is a peaceful retreat. Federica and Ladislao were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Responsive, accommodating and flexible with check-in and check-out times. The place itself was huge, very unique and homey. We spent most of our time in the garden, which was very charming, shaded and private. The living room had a large skylight that brightened the whole place. The room was packed with a variety of plants that also gave the house a great atmosphere. We also loved the industrial kitchen! Location was also great. Central yet quiet and peaceful. Plenty of great bars and restaurants around, and just a 10 minute walk from the museum district. Overall was a great stay! Highly recommended for a group of friends or a family.

Loved staying with Charline! Super communicative and came to pick me up at the tram station when I arrived. Her dog was adorable and I had a lovely time. The location is a short walk from the 5 tram which connects you to many of the main places to see in Amsterdam. She shared some delicious strawberries with me on my last day :) Would love to stay again in the future!

A lovely place to stay! The apartment was nice, clean and even had good coffee :). The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet still close to the city center. Sonia and Ben were really nice hosts, and full of great local recommendations!

Tolis is a great host! He is very friendly, respectful and responsive. He shared a few good tips about the city and was eager to help. The place is very nice, clean and well-maintained. Location has good access to city center by metro, nice and easy. Everything is exactly as described. Tolis was very flexible with checking in and out.

It is located only 10 minutes away from the city center by Metro and walking is also possible. Balcony has a beautiful canal view! Highly reccomended!

We stayed at Tijn's place for 5 days. Communication worked well. Tijn was very helpful and also recommended us some great restaurants. The apartment itself was very nice and the balcony is a real highlight. Would definitely recommend the app.

It's a refreshing change to actually stay in someone's home rather than a holiday let. The apartment itself has a real charm to it. On the map, it appears to be far from the city centre, but it's easily accessible via NDSM docks. If you're looking to stay in central until the early hours, then youre better off staying somewhere futher south. However, if you want to see all of what Amsterdam has to offer, including the north, this is a great place to be. Ivano & Ana were both extremely responsive and friendly. I couldn't have asked for more in that regard.

I, together with my mom and big brother spent four days in Amsterdam and this apartment was perfect for the three of us. The apartment was nicely decorated which made us feel extra comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. It suited us who had breakfast every morning in the apartment. We could easily wash the dishes we used as there was a dishwasher. A big plus there was a shop next door where we could shop for food. The majority of the days we went to the city center. It was around 40 minutes walk. The check-in was smooth and as soon as we had any thought, we were able to get in touch with the host. We got a quick response. We are super happy with our stay in the apartment!

a well equipped apartment nestled a quiet far end of Amsterdam with great transport links and a couple oflocalities such as restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. The area is very quiet and super peaceful, just what you want after a long day in Amsterdam. highly walkable should you want to walk your way all over Amsterdam and experience the beauty from different angles which we decided to do the record player was a fantastic touch!

Perfect location for museum lovers, and a really well equipped, comfortable and stylish apartment. Lots of room for two people, and it felt airy and peaceful. Easy to get to - just a few mins from a stop for Tram 12 from Centraal station. We arrived on a late Eurostar but it couldn’t have been easier to find the apartment and get in to make ourselves at home thanks to really clear and helpful instructions from our host.
