Holiday rentals in Government of Amsterdam

Fantastic place to call him during my short time in Amsterdam. Super walkable and close to the metro, but in a very green, peaceful neighborhood. Philip was incredibly friendly (and so were his cats!) and the space was beautiful. Very clean and tidy and exactly what I needed. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower too. Would 100% stay with Philip again if I'm in the neighborhood!

What a welcomed and refreshing stay at Suzanne's place after the busyness of the central Amsterdam area!!! This is just far enough away yet easy enough to walk or take local transport to get to all the main sites of the city without all the noise and tourists! Suzanne's place is peaceful and very bright with the most beautiful addition of having a small balcony right off the bedroom. My stay in Amsterdam was sunny all the way so I got to take advantage of this nice little oasis daily. Susanne is an excellent communicator and although we didn't cross paths very often during my stay, she was extremely friendly and helpful in helping me navigate the metro and offered many suggestions of places to see and things to do. The proximity of her place to a very vibrant canal area was indeed a bonus during the sunny warm days to stroll along. Although many people flock to that area to sunbathe along the canal, the vibe is great! Suzanne was a most gracious host and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

My friend and I were extremely fortunate to have our trip to Amsterdam include this Airbnb. Sven was always communicating in the friendliest & helpful manner, and gave the clearest instructions for checking in and checking out. The house is backed by a beautiful view, 5 minutes from the tram to get to Amsterdam’s centre within 30 minutes. The room is spacious, Wi-Fi is great, and the bathroom is unforgettable. It’s a peaceful, quiet base that feels right departing from for a new day and arriving after a full day of 37k steps. Thank you Sven!

Kevin was sooo helpful and sweet, he helped me take my luggage upstairs and gave me local recommendations. Always reminded me to take an umbrella and stay warm haha. Very polite and welcoming. Would definitely recommend his place, perfect location, cozy, and lots to do.

Tout d'abord, le logement est romantique, comme un cocon au bord de l'eau dans un quartier très calme. Le quartier est légèrement excentré, mais bien accessible en tram, bus ou vélo, et finalement nous avons apprécié découvrir ce quartier d'Amsterdam qui change de l'effervescence du centre ville. Enfin, Roy et xander sont de bons conseils sur les activités aux alentours, et ont surtout été très compréhensifs malgré notre arrivée tardive et ont eu la gentillesse de garder nos bagages le dernier jour de notre séjour. Une très belle adresse que je conseille fortement, j'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Nice place with good room, a little out of the way but public transportation was easy to access. Ton was very kind to us and the boat was a charming space.

Moi et ma partenaire avons passé deux nuits dans ce petit appartement, un véritable petit cocon à proximité du centre ! Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par Joris et ses co-hôtes ! Et pour une première location de Airbnb nous avons été rassurés par la disponibilité, l’écoute et la réactivité des hôtes. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir et louer à nouveau cet Airbnb ! Toute fois si vous prévoyez de réserver cette chambre, pensez au fait que l’espace partagé ne vous permettra pas de cuisiner des plats chauds ou autre en raison de l’absence de plaque électrique ou de micro-ondes. De ce fait si vous venez à réserver cette chambre n’hésitez pas à manger dehors et profitez un maximum des restaurants aux alentours qui sont délicieux et très accueillants ! Un point qui peut être important à prendre en compte mais qui ne gâchera en rien votre séjour dans cette chambre, je vous le garantis ! Encore un grand merci à Joris, Marieke et Helga !

David and Artem were incredible hosts! From the moment my husband and I arrived, they welcomed us so warmly and even surprised us with a thoughtful gift to celebrate our honeymoon, it was such a sweet and unexpected touch that made us feel truly special. The condo was in a fantastic location too! Central to everything and easy to get around. They also gave us excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Amsterdam. Highly recommend staying with them! Our experience was unforgettable, and we'd absolutely stay again!
