More Than a Stay - Deni Saved Our Holiday! 🌟Deni’s home was the perfect base for our group of 8 in Split! The house itself exceeded all expectations: sparkling clean, incredibly spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved the fresh scent throughout and spent magical evenings on the terrace watching fireworks over the river and stargazing. What truly set this stay apart was Deni’s exceptional kindness. As foreign visitors, we were unfamiliar with Croatian parking rules and received a fine in the city. Feeling helpless, we reached out to Deni – he not only guided us patiently but generously paid the fine on our behalf! This gesture went far beyond hosting duties and saved our trip from stress. The location offered the best of both worlds: peaceful riverside relaxation yet just 10 minutes by car to Split’s bustling harbor. Every detail – from spotless bathrooms to comfy beds – was thoughtfully arranged. Highest recommendations!

Great host Karlo, very friendly. Great place, nearby Split. All stairs to reach 4th floor are worth to walk couple of times a day. Terrace is superb, perfect view. We were just lucky to have excellent weather despite the fact we were visiting the place at year end (winter time). Apartment is huge and easy to host 6 adults.

We had a wonderful stay and fit 5 people very comfortably! Apartment is very clean and modern, beds were comfy, great shower and laundry facilities which were great to have available. AC in each room was a major plus!!! Supermarket is right underneath and we were also able to find parking each night. We loved walking and grabbing a coffee at Bobis and swimming at small beach which is less than 5 min walk from apartment. Bigger SPAR and Lidl supermarket about 15 min walk. Easy bus ride to and from airport and we used apartment as home base for day trip to Split, Trogir and up to Plitvice NP. Ana was a wonderful host and was excellent at communicating - my group all flew in at different times so she was very helpful with check ins. Would definitely recommend if you want a good place to stay that is close to bigger towns but you want the quiet and peace. Thank you!

Great welcome from Dragica , very active in messages , if you need she responded quietly , as soon as we arrived we had forgotten the salt , and since we had hot drinking I asked if she had some ice, after a couple of minutes she had a nice surprise. She arrived with salt and ice, an impeccable house very nice and with a pool , barbecue area, and with a 3-minute walk you get to the sea, great recommended !!! To return

Nice place to stay. If you love planes then it is your choice. The nearest beach is in 5 min walk. Kaja is amazing host so i would recommend to stay there. If you don’t like loud sounds then probably you need to find place in another part of this city as all places in this area have common feature - Split airport

Marina was super supportive and nice with us, she gave us good advice on the area and was very flexible with us. The place was very modern and spotless, perfect conditions with a lot of amenities. The swimming pool is super clean and very relaxing. Everything was quiet and very enjoyable. Thanks again Marina!

Very nice villa with great host even came with a gift mid way through the week, would defo stay again.

Very good villa. The heated swimming pool was in heavy use by the younger ones during the week. Household appliances were found in a variety of uses and you could also grill.

Perfect value for money. The host was awesome. Her tips where perfectly accurate and I do recommend to consult her about your tourist Q&A. Accommodation was very nice clean and comfortable. Very spacious rooms. Terrace pool is also very nice and morning coffee at pool was awesome....

Review I’ve never stayed in such a beautiful and well-appointed villa before. It was incredibly comfortable and there were so many thoughtful touches. The pool was wonderful and our two young children thoroughly enjoyed it. Helena and her family went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. Bikes were provided which allowed us to get to the shops without a car. We made good use of the local pizzeria, but also enjoyed Helena’s recommendations further afield, such as Franka restaurant in Trogir. Proximity to the airport was really useful. There’s a lovely beach nearby and a beach bar. Would love to stay longer next time. Thank you Helena and hope we’ll see you again soon.

Amazing host! Perfect accommodation for a large group with a Beautiful garden

We loved our stay at Tanja's. Everything was just as expected, even better than expected. The apartments were very clean and had everything we needed. Tanja greeted us when we arrived, gave us great recommendations, made reservations for us when we needed, and went above and beyond to return to us items we left behind. The pool area was lovely and the area around Tanja's was very fun to explore.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment! When we arrived we were delighted to see that it was very clean and that a bottle of water had been placed in the freezer which made us feel good, it was a pleasant attention! It is perfectly located, the beach is just down the street, there is a convenience store not far away where you can walk there, a parking space is also available at the bottom of the building. We were also well received by Maria and she was very responsive when we had a few questions. The spa room was very nice, the pricing is for 2 hours of pure relaxation in a very large jacuzzi.

A perfect Airbnb, looked exactly like the pictures apart from the stunning balcony which was even better in person for enjoying dinner outside with a wonderful view. The host always responded quickly and had lots of helpful recommendations which we took full advantage of. The location was also ideal and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted within 5-20 minutes. The apartment kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for cooking dinner, we would love to visit again!

We loved our stay in Split at Bojan’s beautiful apartment! The place had everything we needed for our family of 4. Location was great for walking to town or to the local beach. Bojan and Inga were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had during and before our stay. They sent us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would definitely come back to Split and their apartment!

Wow! Everything about this place was perfect! Ljiljana is an amazing host, and the air bnb was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need- towels, linens, iron, laundry essentials, and even some spices/ingredients and teas in case you want to cook at home. It looked even better than the photos on the listing, a little bit more modern and updated aesthetically. Ljiljana was super responsive and friendly, we felt right at home. Additionally, the air bnb is located super close to the beach and just a 15 minute walk from the old town. 10/10, highly recommend if you are planning on visiting split!!!

We found this place very comfortable for our family of four. The apartment has great views and excellent light. It's on the top floor but the stairs were totally manageable and the AC works quickly if you get home on a hot afternoon. The location is set back from the busy streets by several blocks. We were familiar with the neighborhood so found it no trouble to get acquainted with the route. We loved this little neighborhood. It's further from the action and a bit quieter, but also maybe a five minute walk where you'd catch a cab. We travel light so it wasn't a problem to bring out luggage through the pedestrian area. The hosts were lovely, accommodating, and responsive.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

I spent 3 nights at Tania's and I recommend the accommodation. It's quite easy to park for free on the street, the accommodation is very clean and well decorated, it feels like a hotel. The necessary was provided, Tania was able to answer my questions quickly and give me good advice. The accommodation is very well located, 10 min from the center, there is a small beach 8 min away, so it's great. Maybe a little noise to report but that's not his fault. Thank you for the welcome, I would recommend it to everyone!! You have very good taste in decor!
