Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Grad Korčula

WoW! Rarely have I seen such a beautiful place, both inside and outside. Usually, photos are better than reality for meany reasons. At Kristina’s place, reality is more beautiful than pictures. Very quiet, lots of birds, beautiful surroundings. Nice places outside to sit and eat, covered and open. Small kitchen, but this is expected in on an island. Google maps does not show the 15 shortcut walk to old town. Kristina is so kind and helpful that se might become a coach for others. Kind attentions and very responsive.

Wow!!! I don’t know where to start!! Marina organised for us to be picked up at the ferry when we arrived and was at the apartment to meet us. On arrival there was a platter of local meat, cheeses etc, fresh bread and a carafe of wine! The beautiful apartment is traditional style with everything you could possibly need on a holiday. We stayed 6 nights and it felt like home. The bed was comfortable, the terrace/balcony huge with a beautiful view! On our 4th night Marina’s gorgeous Mama made us her local clam pasta and delivered it to us warm with a carafe of wine 🥰 On our last night Marina dropped of a huge bowl of fresh, sweet cherries🍒 We have never experienced such amazing hospitality and wish we could have stayed for the whole summer!!

A beautiful townhouse in the heart of Korçula old town. The house was very cosy and perfect for spending a couple of days in town. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and perfectly suited for our family with 3 kids. Vladimir and Jelena were very friendly and helpful hosts. Korçula is truly a spectacular and beautiful town well worth a visit.

We loved our stay at Dino’s place. Lumbarda is an excellent town for a relaxing holiday, especially with small children. And this place is right next to great food options amazing swimming spots and wineries. Dino’s parents who live in the house behind were so helpful and friendly during our stay. They brought a high chair around for us, as well as home grown fruit and some cake. And often stopped to chat. Both Dino and his parents gave great recommendations for eating and other activities and helped us figure out how to get to our next spot.

Piękne i spokojne miejsce, cisza i bezpieczeństwo. Nocą piękne widoki nieba oraz sen na tarasie. Dobre miejsce wypadowe na zwiedzanie wyspy. Posiadłość spełniła nasze oczekiwania. Dziękujemy Fani.

Lisa’s home had everything we needed for a comfy stay, and she provided a few extra items to make us feel welcome. This home is right where you want to be, its location could not be more perfect. We especially enjoyed her rooftop spaces and their breathtaking views. We loved staying here.

Maja is a Great! Kind and helpful in every aspect, the house is located in a beautiful hill from there you can easily drive to either side of the island and discover the beautiful coves. From the ferry to the apartment will barely take you 15 minutes. My general recommendation for the restaurant in the island: make a reservation! For our family of four was not easy to get a table for dinner without a reservation.

What a wonderful place to stay. 4.5 levels with a Juliet balcony door + window on every floor! Including a big desk on living room level, which helped with working while away. Staying in Korčula Old Town is so relaxing. Everything is only minutes away by foot. After breakfast, we'd head out for half a day, come home for a break from the heat, then later head out for dinner at either the eastern or western 'restaurant row' depending on the wind. Don't miss the Moreska dancers - ask which night/s at tourist centre; and, if you're a swimmer, don't miss the Hop on Hop off water taxi around the archipelago of small islands east of Korčula (a hint from the owners' pre-arrival information). I also swam off the Old Town peninsula at Zakerjan Beach (Plaža Zakerjan). Our favourite café was Čiz Pliz near the eastern ferry terminal, just outside the walls - modern excellence.

This was a great stay! The place was as advertised, and within walking distance of the city centre. There were some stairs you had to walk up to get to the house, and it was on a second floor so may not be ideal for people with difficulties with stairs. Otherwise I recommend it for everyone else!

Asja’s home was perfectly situated and spotless. Check in was flawless and I was met by Nikki who guided me to the home and was given a tour and explanation of how everything works. Couldn’t have been a better stay Highly recommended!!!

Dijana's apartment was lovely and she was a great host. Very responsive and flexible, which was appreciated. Greeting us on arrival and providing some quick recommendations for our stay in Korčula. It was a great location and we would check if it was free when we visit again. Korčula is a must visit and this was a great place to experience it from!

Everything about our stay was easy and relaxing thanks to a wonderful host! Vlaho is very kind, helpful and so responsive! His honey and Gin tour was fun and informative too. The location was excellent and so close to the ferry. When we checked out it was raining and Vlaho was kind to let us know we could stay in the apartment until we saw the ferry arrive — it’s that close. Bike rental shops are steps away, a grocery store, restaurant and more! The two balconies and all the windows on the main floor were nice to watch the activity around the apartment. The early morning can be a bit loud, but it was not bad for us. It was clean with everything you need and the extra touch of the cookies, water and milk was nice and welcoming! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Ninos. Nino greeted us at the ferry and let us check in early. Everything felt easy. the view is incredible and the 10 min walk from town centre is very beautiful. We hired Nino car for the day as well. overall a bargain price and fine for short stay.

Exceptional stay! The views from the apartment are unbelievable and it was such a delight being able to wake up and standup paddle board. The host Fani was super helpful - since the Airbnb was further from the city center, she gave us a lift when we arrived until we got situated with transportation of our own (make sure you know how you’ll be getting around if you book here!) Loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful place in a beautiful setting. We were hoping to be in a location that was away from the hustle and bustle, but still conveniently located to shops and restaurants. This place was just that! The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy meals on the terrace overlooking the water. It is walking distance to a market and the best restaurants in Lombarda. Our family of four (two adult children) had plenty of space to spread out. Marthe was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay in Marina’s place. A lovely 2 bedroom apartment with great sea views from the balcony. A 20 min walk from the old town with a quiet swimming spot just across the road. A few steps to climb, but that’s how you get the view😀

The apartment was very modern, well equiped and clean. We especially like the large outdoor terrace, where we spent most of our time. Igra recommended us good restaurants and beaches. She was very responsive to all our requests. Apartment is very close to the sea, next to the beautiful bay. The only disadvantage of the location is that you have to drive to nearest village for groceries, and there is no bakery nearby.

Wie wurden von Betina persönlich in Empfang genommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Wir haben gleich gemeinsam gelacht und es war super herzlich! Fast wie zu Hause. Ein Abendbrot und ein toller Obstkorb haben auch auf uns gewartet! Betina war für uns immer zu erreichen, wir haben tolle Tipps für Restaurants und für Ausflüge auf der Insel bekommen und haben dadurch Ecken gefunden, die viele Touristen nicht kennenlernen. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Wir haben die Terrasse geliebt. Vor allem, den großen Grill, auf dem wir Fisch gegrillt haben! Ein Urlaub bei Betina ist ein Urlaub wie bei Freunden! Es war so schön! Danke nocheinmal!

We were looked after by Dina's cousin Antea, who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She looked out for us and made sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was well equipped and spotlessly clean and comfortable. The view down to the harbour from the living room window and outside seating area was lovely. It was a five minute walk down to the harbour with its selection of restaurants and a supermarket - a few more minutes walking back up because you have a slope to climb, but that should not deter anyone who is averagely fit. We took a water taxi from Lumbarda harbour right to the edge of pedestrianised Korcula Old Town, which cost 15 euros return and ran every 30 minutes. This was nicer than going by road and not too unreasonable considering that parking anywhere near the town costs 5 euros an hour. The Old Town is beautiful and a more relaxing, less touristy and so more atmospheric version of Dubrovnik with lots of nice art studios.

Can’t fault the apartment, location or hosts. Could have happily stayed longer. Loved it.

This location is 10/10. Steps away from the port and old town – with a gelato shop right around the corner to cool off after a hot day! Antonija worked hard to get our place ready for early check-in. It was clean, comfortable beds and great shower. We would stay here again!

A Slice of Paradise by the Sea Staying at Ms. Tonka’s beach house was nothing short of a dream. Nestled in a serene coastal setting, this house is truly a slice of paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the ocean and the gentle sound of the waves The house itself is a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Thoughtfully decorated with a coastal charm, it offered all the modern amenities we needed while still embracing the laid-back beach vibe. Every room was immaculate, and the large windows allowed the natural beauty of the surroundings to pour in, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. Mornings spent on the spacious deck, sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, were a highlight of our stay. The beach was practically our backyard, making it easy to enjoy a day of sun and wind surf. Ms. Tonka is the perfect host—attentive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. Arci a plus the sweetest dog ever♥️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Asja Apartment gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben. Strand sowie Ort Promenade sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir empfehlen Unterkunft.
