The access to the island is via a ferry (Prizna - Zigljen line) or the bridge (bridge of Pag). Average monthly temperature from May to September is above 20°C. This modern villa with swimming pool for 6-8 persons is located in the area of the island of Vir called Straža. Villa with a total living area of 100 m² is situated onto a fenced property of 200 m². The living area of the villa consists of 2 apartments. The first apartment is divided into a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower. The second apartment is divided into a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In both living rooms, in both apartments, there is one sofa bed for one more person each. In the courtyard of the villa there is a swimming pool (22,5 m²) equipped with deck chairs, parasol, and outdoor shower as well as a 12 m² roofed terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Air conditioning, wireless internet access, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, baby cot and highchair and parking on the property are available free of charge. Shop and restaurant are distanced 350 m and the center of the island of Vir is distanced 2000 m. The nearest beach, beach Miljkovica is distanced 450 m from the estate.
