Holiday rentals with a sauna in Grad Pag

Our stay in Ljubač was lovely. The view from our balcony was fantastic, especially at sunset. Checking in and out was impeccable and the place has everything you need. If something is missing, Marc will be there immediately and take care of it. We found the apartment in a sparkling clean condition and the outdoor pool and garden made the little paradise perfect. Marc is a very warm host who is always available and has great tips for excursions or restaurants ready. The evenings we spent together with him and other guests of the house in his own small restaurant were other highlights of our vacation. Marc was more of a friend than a host for us during our stay. I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you for everything Marc 😊

We stayed at the property for 5 days and we were delighted. There is air conditioning in every room and the view from the bedrooms was wonderful. The roof terrace view was incredible, especially from the Jacuzzie! All in all highly recommend it.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

Highly recommend staying at this place! It is perfect if you are looking for a great time on vacation. It is as beautiful as on the pictures and the view is amazing. Martina was really friendly and even brought us a cake as a gift. She was always quick to answer and open for all questions.

Beautiful apartment with an even more beautiful garden. The kitchen is simple but equipped with all the essentials. Helpful hosts.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: We were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said that he couldn't decide that himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with small children are prepared.

The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/check-out hassle-free. The location is great, 1 min to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt….. Normally, I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

What a wonderful stay in Zadar!! The villa is stunning with a beautiful pool and outside area and 6 rooms, 5 with en suite bathrooms! We had such a lovely time and the hosts were very helpful and kind. It’s around 25 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes into Zadar and 10 minutes from Nin. Throughly recommend especially if you can get a car!

We had a wonderful stay! Krunoslav was a fantastic host – communication was excellent from the start, he was always available and very helpful. The villa is absolutely stunning: modern design, high-quality amenities, spotlessly clean, and furnished with great attention to detail. The pool was a true highlight – perfect for relaxing, surrounded by beautiful scenery and offering plenty of privacy. We were especially impressed by the amazing sea view, which can be enjoyed from the upper house area. The location is great – just a few minutes’ walk to the sea. Overall, a very fair price for such a high-quality accommodation. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this villa!

It was a pleasure staying at this fantastic house with all its benefits like the grill, the sauna and the pool. We also enjoyed the old tavern room in the basement of the house in the evenings. The nearby beach (15 minutes walk) with the olive trees was a great place to spend the day. Also the proximity of the national park was a great feature. Communication with the host was easy and very responsive! We can definately recommend this place for any group of friends or families to spend some relaxing days. Thanks a lot for the warm welcome!

The house offers many opportunities for a great stay in the property with sauna, jacuzzi, pool and private tennis court. You have a great view of the beautiful sunset. The nearest larger city of Zadar can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Novigrad itself does not offer much except for a castle ruin. The sea right in front of the house does not invite you to swim. You can swim in the in-house pool. We were two families with a total of 4 children between 2 and 11 years. Both the children and we adults came to our expense with the wide range that the house offers. Lana was very friendly and when we wanted another cleaning of the hot tub it was organized within a day - great service!

I spent 10 nights in this accommodation and was extremely satisfied. The house was very clean, well maintained and exactly as described in every respect. The furnishings are high-quality and well thought-out, nothing was missing. The host, who was always friendly, easily accessible and helpful, is particularly positive. Communication was smooth and pleasant. Overall, a stay at a very high level - I would come back anytime and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.
