Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grad Zadar

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft, sie hat eine fantastische Lage direkt am Meer und ist auch an heißen Tagen schön kühl. Olivera hat uns herzlich Willkommen geheißen. Da wir ohne Auto gereist sind, hat uns Olivera netterweise bei der Ankunft von der Fähre abgeholt und uns bei der Abreise auch wieder dort hingefahren. Die Insel und der Ort sind traumhaft schön!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Lage mit dem Meer vor der Türe ist einfach perfekt um zu entspannen! Dragica hat uns herzlich empfangen und zu Begrüßung gab es kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank, das war nach dem Flug perfekt. Bei Fragen konnten wir jeder Zeit schreiben. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Super sind die zwei Balkone. Wir danken Dragica für den tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne mal wieder. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Mit dem Auto kann man abends schön nach Vir zum Essen gehen. Nin und Zadar sind auch sehr gut zu erreichen!

Snježana was geweldig als host! Ze reageerde snel via App, gaf tips voor activiteiten, ontving ons met open armen op een doordeweekse nacht om 01.00u en had zelfs een schaaltje met kaas en vlees in de koelkast gezet en wat te drinken. Gedurende de week heeft ze nog een aantal keer eten voor ons neergezet en ze verontschuldigde zich zelfs voor het matige weer in haar land. Erg lief en zorgzaam, een soort vakantiemoeder 😄 Het appartement is knus en schoon en heeft alle voorzieningen. De tuin en het terras zijn ruim en fijn ingericht. We konden er basketballen en buiten zitten eten. Om de hoek ligt ook een heerlijke Cevapi restaurantje. Al met al een dikke aanrader. Thanks! 💙

Zlatko is a fantastic host. He made us feel right at home, extremely friendly, helpful and generously spoiling us with wine and home made snacks on the night of arrival, enjoyed with good and intelligent conversation. The apartment is very clean and well equipped and (rocky) beach is nearby. It’s a peaceful place with little noise and people, but it was already off-season. Albeit the weather was not so good, we highly recommend staying here as the area has many nice things to see and do. But you do need a car to get around. And Zlatko is just a truly genuine, kind and generous man. If ever in the area again, we would certainly come back here. Thank you Zlatko for the wonderful experience! :)

Waren für 3 Tage für einen kurz Trip dort und es war relativ zentral und schön, Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Kann es nur empfehlen

Huset är perfekt för större sällskap som söker en lugn och behaglig plats att tillbringa sin semester på. Vi hade stora förhoppningar på boendet på förhand men blev trots det än mer positivt överraskad av platsen och alla bekvämligheter som fanns på plats. Bibinje är en mycket mysig by precis utanför Zadar, med bra restaurang utbud, bageri och mataffär. För den som vill bada i havet är det endast en kortare promenad. Kruno som värd får högsta betyg, ständigt hjälpsam och mycket trevlig. Han hjälpte oss med allt från transport till och från flygplatsen, tips om restauranger samt utflykter att genomföra. Summan av kardemumman är detta ett toppen boende med en toppen värd, hit skulle vi gärna komma igen! // Ingrid & Familj

Myself and a group of friends visited Marijana’s place in June - we chose this house because of the great value compared to similar properties nearby. We were so pleased with the whole experience - the house is massive and spotless, and though it is a little out of the way, it affords a bit of peace and quiet. In particular we liked the size of the kitchen, the pool, and the outdoor cooking area, and the views of the nearby national park. I’d highly recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Airbnb. Es war super sauber und eine ganz unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir haben sogar ein paar Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe bekommen, welche super einfach zu erreichen war. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach nur ein Traum. Die Anreise war ganz einfach, da die Fähre von Zadar sehr oft fährt am Tag. Alles im Allen ein sehr Ruhiger und erholsamer Ort zum Relaxen und ins Meer springen. wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

Smjestaj je bio saaavrsen. Parking slobodan odmah ispred zgrade, Joanna i Ana su odmah odgovorile kad je trebalo. Dolazak jako jednostavan. Jako cist i prostran stan na sjajnoj lokaciji.

Detta boende är det bästa vi bott på! Vi fick hjälp med allt vi bad om. Vi fick bra tips på sevärdheter i närheten. Mycket rymlig lägenhet med alla bekvämligheter man kan tänka sig. Det var precis som att ta med sig sin egen lägenhet på resa! Jättefint och städat i lägenheten samt poolområdet. Supertrevliga värdar som hjälpte till mer än vad man kan förvänta sig. Nära till restauranger bad/strand och mataffärer, allt inom promenadavstånd. Vi anlände sent på kvällen runt 00 och denna sena incheckning var heller inget besvär för värdarna. Har inget ont att säga om detta boende. Jag lämnar mina varmaste rekomendationer.

Her daugther greeted us at the property, she was a really nice and helpful woman, gave us great recommendations, and was really helpful overall. We've met Zlata as well, she's a delightful woman. The apartman is nice and clean, well equipped.

Davor is very friendly host. We had no problem to find apartment and do the check in and check out. Great location with everything at hand and in walkable distance. Sea view from balcony is perfect. Apartment has everything you need also for a longer stay. Kitchen is very well equipped.

We really liked the hospitality of the host and the facilities of the accommodation was on point. Check in was very flexible and Mirjana answered to our questions whenever we had them. Private free parking slot was superb. The location was very practical as it was next to the busy road and shops/supermarkets. However, the noise from the traffic was a bit downside of that.

Valentina ist ein super Host! Sie hat auf alle Anliegen stets direkt geantwortet, Auskunft gegeben und sich nach uns erkundigt. Wirklich super lieb und aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein! Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und liegt wie beschreiben 15min vom Wasser entfernt. Bis zur Altstadt wären es 40 min zu Fuß, mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten bis zu einem kostenlosen Parkplatz. Für uns war das genau perfekt! Es waren ein paar fremde Haare im Bad und auf dem Sofa. Abgesehen davon war die Unterkunft sauber und mit dem notwenigsten Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Es wurde Strand Equipment zur Verfügung gestellt, wovon wir positiv überrascht waren. Das Airbnb ist recht dunkel aufgrund der ebenerdigen Lage und der Nachbarhäuser. Uns hat das nicht gestört und im Sommer ist es bestimmt angenehm kühl. Uns hat es gut gefallen und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Vor allem ist der Kontakt mit Valentina sehr freundlich und einfach!

Le logement correspond complètement à la description, au calme, petite maison très bien équipée pour 2 personnes, légèrement isolé de Zadar mais tout aussi très proches de toutes les commodité et du centre pour un séjour reposant. Nous y avons passer une très bonne semaine, malgré le temps qui était un peu capricieux, mais les soirées y était très agréable sur la terrasse couverte. Le petit plus un petit compagnon à quatre pattes qui nous rendit visite tous les soirs pour quelques câlins. Merci beaucoup pour ce petit coin de paradis

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

Nastanitev je bila čista, prostorna in zasebna. Res smo si lahko odpočili po daljšem potovanju, saj je bila hiša v mirni soseski. Gospa Ivana je bila odzivna, prijazna in na voljo. Vse pohvale! 🫶

Super Gastgeber, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, schönes Haus, sicher, genug Platz und sportliche Aktivitäten direkt am Haus. Kommen gerne wieder !

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Es war alles exakt wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin ist unfassbar nett und zuvorkommend gewesen und war, falls man etwas brauchte, innerhalb weniger Minuten vor Ort und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Die Gastfreundschaft wurde groß geschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch für kleine Kinder ist die Villa sehr geeignet durch die Möglichkeiten die sie bietet mit Spielplatz und Tennisplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Everything looked new. Excellent location with just a 10/15 minute walk into the old town. Just 2 minutes from the sea front. Small supermarket just 1 minute away, and a very large supermarket just 10 minutes. The accommodation was better than expected, and even had a hot tub that we were not expecting. I would recommend to anybody. Very spacious. Shaded outdoor patio, and heated pool.

We had an amazing stay in this property and our hosts were amazing with everything from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the outside space is amazing with the pool and outdoor eating options. Highly recommended.

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!
