Private suite holiday rentals in Grad Zadar

The apartment was very clean and spacious and matched the description. We stayed just for a night as we were flying from Zadar airport which is about a 15 min drive away. It takes about 8 mins to drive into the centre of Zadar, or a 40 min walk to the old town. There are grocery shops nearby. Daniela was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Miro. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchen kann. Der Pool war auch toll und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt um Zadar und Umgebung zu erkunden und Miro hat uns auch viele Ausflugstipps gegeben. Die Kommunikation mit Miro und seinem Sohn Luka war super und unkompliziert.

Internetes szálláshely foglaláskor nagyon ritka és kiemelkedően jó dolog amit itt tapasztaltunk: a szállás leirása alapján (fotók és szöveg) elképzelt helynél egy sokkal csodálatosabb ingatlanba érkeztünk. Minden úgy volt, ahogy le volt irva, csak még jobb: látszott, hogy folyamatosan gondozzák, fejlesztik a helyet, mind bútorzatban, mind a kertben és más kinti terekben. Egy kis gyémánt ezt a hely egy nyugodt, békés öbölben a vizparton. A házigazdánk nagyon segitőkész volt, mindenben segitett és nagyon kedvesen, türelmesen tűrte kérdéseinket, problémáinkat, mindent megoldott. A környezet rendezett, a szomszédság csendes és békés, itt tényleg lehetett nyugodtan pihenni és relaxálni. Külön kedvesség volt a házigazda által tulajdonolt vizi sportszerek felajánlása használatra tartózkodásunk alatt (pl. SUP), erre nem is számitottunk. Mindent köszönünk, csak igy tovább!

Lovely quiet space with private garden area, clean with all basics included e.g kitchen appliances with local amenities and sea front close by. Local restaurants and bars are nice. 40 minute walk from Zadar old town. The host is amazing, really friendly and fast at replying. Would recommend for the price.

Super logement en plein centre du cœur historique. Nous avons demandé le logement très tardivement, l’hôte a été très réactif ! Et très aimable… super

Vedrana, jest sympatyczna, i komunikatywna oaobą która poleci restauracje,ciekawe miejsca do zwiedzania,transport lokalny. Jeśli przyjedziesz samochodem dostępne jest miejsce parkingowe .Miejsce zlokalizowane w pobliżu marketu i plaży.

Die Unterkunft war super und hatte alles was man braucht, außerdem konnte man schön draußen sitzen! Schöne Strände und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Lovre war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns netterweise von der Fähre in Preko mit dem Auto abgeholt :) wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Martina und Stipe war rundum fabelhaft. Wir hatten im Vorfeld schon eine gute Kommunikation via airbnb. Am Anreisetag durften wir schon eher einchecken. Stipe und seine Frau Martina sind sehr freundlich und stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben ausgestattet und der Ausblick war in echt natürlich noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern :) wir bekamen am Anreisetag im Hafen von Sukošan einen Strafzettel. Die Abwicklung in Kroatien besprachen wir auch mit Martina und Stipe, diese boten direkt an uns diesen zu bezahlen, im Gegenzug gaben wir ihnen Bargeld. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür ;) Auch bei anderen Fragen standen sie uns jederzeit zur Verfügung bzw schrieben uns schnellstmöglich zurück. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und bot alles was man brauchte. Von dieser aus kann man viele sehr gute Lokale per Fuß erreichen, außerdem ist der Standort sehr geeignet für viele verschiedene Ausflüge zwischen Zadar und Split.

Der Strand ist fußläufig und Zadar ist mit dem Auto sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war genau so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und ist sehr gut geeignet zur Erholung :)!

Eine schöne, sehr saubere Wohnung mit toller Lage. Filip und seine Familie waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat mehrere Wohnungen und die Wände sind teilweise etwas hellhörig. Alles in allem kann ich das Appartement sehr weiterempfehlen.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything we needed was available to us. All the rooms are well situated and furnished with great attention to details and practical matter. The shop and see is very close. Ivana and Vedran showed us around and answered all the questions. Such nice and hearty hosts. Thank you

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It is just a few steps from the sea, close to a nice pebble beach. We enjoyed our stay and lacked nothing. The house is fully air-conditioned, the dining room has a large table for shared meals, and the beds are comfortable. The hosts are amazing and helpful. They even made us lunch, grilling fish they caught themselves. That had never happened to us before! One surprise was that the washing machine is located on the property, not in the apartment, so the hosts did the laundry for us, which made us a bit uncomfortable. If you are traveling with more than two cars, be aware of the parking limitations. We think guests would also appreciate a small sunny garden, as the high humidity by the sea means laundry takes longer to dry in the shade. Otherwise, the place is perfect for families with children and pets, who also enjoyed it very much.

The place is tiny, however enough big for two people. Very clean, located in a peaceful area and perfect for a short stay. There were no issues with getting in touch with Sanja, she was very helpful. I totally recommend Sanja's place!

Das Appartement Star war äußerst harmonisch eingerichtet und blitzblank sauber. Marina hat ein wirklich gutes Auge für Farben, die sich ergänzen und zugleich Akzente setzen. Positiv bemerkbar machte sich auch die vollausgestattete Küche. Es gibt vier Herdplatten mit ausreichend Töpfen und Pfannen, um auch alle gleichzeitig zu nutzen, wenn man Mehreres gleichzeitig zubereiten möchte. Auch ist ein Backofen mit zwei Blechen verfügbar. Das gab es in anderen Unterkünften meist nicht. Dazu kommt die fantastische Lage: schön ruhig wie in einem kleinen Dorf und nur 30 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt von Zadar. Die Kommunikation war herausragend, Marina antwortete äußerst schnell und war sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab nichts auszusetzen!

We had a lovely stay at Dino’s place! The apartment with the little private garden were beautifully decorated and super clean. You have everything you need inside and our hosts were always ready to help us with all kinds of things and questions , such as ferry rides, tours, car/ scooter rental. The place is close to many supermarkets and a big shopping mall, so we could always buy our groceries quickly before our daily activities. We highly recommend staying at Dino’s place and would love to come back again!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! De hosts waren ontzettend lieve mensen en deden echt hun best om het ons naar de zin te maken. Ze boden zelfs aan om ons van en naar het vliegveld te brengen, wat super fijn was. Bij aankomst lag er iets lekkers voor ons klaar in de koelkast, een attente verrassing! Het appartement was schoon en netjes, en het zwembad was prachtig onderhouden en heerlijk om in te zwemmen. Het enige minpuntje is dat er geen douche is, alleen een bad. Douchen is daardoor wat lastig, omdat de badkamer dan nat wordt. Al met al hebben we genoten van ons verblijf en zijn we dankbaar voor de gastvrijheid. Zeker een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar rust, vriendelijkheid en een schoon verblijf!

We were very happy to spend our holiday in the apartment of Sinisa. We found everything what we needed there. The flat is very nice and modern. Plus - the balcony for my morning yoga was perfect. And close distance from the SportArea Višnjik was something what we were looking for. Our priority was train there; and the 2km distance on foot to downtown only was second privilege for us (our soft part of our daily training). We used to go to the beach outside the city - by car. We have changed the beach destination every day. When we come to ZADAR in the future, we will contact Sinisa again.

Très bon séjour dans ce logement très propre et spacieux. Nous avons été reçu par de super hôtes, souriant et réactif pour chaque demande. La piscine est très agréable et le jacuzzi permet d’avoir une superbe vu et de profiter du couché de soleil. Je recommande vivement.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, Davor und die Familie ist sehr freundlich. Es wurde sich darum gekümmert das alles so angenehm wie möglich ist. Die Pools wurden sauber gehalten und alles sehr gepflegt. Würde wieder dahinfahren.

Isabell and her husband were very friendly and great hosts. We apartment was clean, well furnished and has everything we needed. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong and we had no issues whatsoever. They also made great use of the outdoor space. I recommend taking the boat tour Isabell's husband offers!

El apartamento de Vjera es muy cómodo y práctico. Estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Muy bien equipado y ubicado en una zona cercana al casco histórico. Cuenta con un espacio muy cómodo para estacionar el auto sin ningún costo adicional. Vjera fue muy amable, nos brindó información sobre cosas para hacer en la zona y nos recomendó restaurantes y actividades, además contestaba los mensajes muy rápido. Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia.

Description de l’annonce conforme à la réalité. Nous avons passé une belle semaine. Appartement propre et pratique avec la terrasse. Proche de la mer (quelques mètres). Communication et échange rapide avec l hôte. Nous recommandons cette location.
