Geschirrspühler, Waschmaschine und einem kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, in einem familienfreundlichen Quartier und grenzt direkt an weitläufige Felder. Von Fraubrunnen aus sind die Städte Bern, Solothurn und Burgdorf in weniger als 20 Minuten erreichbar.

Charmante Ferienwohnung am Eingang des Emmentals

Rural and yet not far from any civilization lies our small living and garden dream. The old stone house is located in Ersigen near Burgdorf BE, a twenty-minute drive from Bern. In the village there is a café, three restaurants and a farm store. The bus to the nearest major shopping facility leaves every 30 minutes during the day. We occupy the second floor of the house and rent two rooms with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. We are happy to answer any questions you may have!

In unserem Stöckli lebst Du wie zu Gotthelfs Zeiten aber dem Komfort der heutigen Zeit. Für eine urgemütliche Wärme sorgt der Sitzofen, der mit Holz geheizt wird. Das ganze Stöckli steht während Deinem Aufenthalt zu Deiner Verfügung. Neben Deinem ganz privaten Sitzplatz im Freien, kannst Du auch den grossen Blumengarten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten nutzen. Der Blumengarten ist öffentlich zugänglich, es kann also gut sein, dass Du auch andere Geniesser im Garten antriffst.

Due to building work in the house, you are currently benefiting from a large discount. Enjoy pure rural relaxation close to Bern. The very large 3 1/2-room flat (90m2) is on the 2nd floor and has views of the mountains. The house, a listed historic monument, is surrounded by a large natural garden that can be used communally. The lapping of the water and the birdsong create a holiday atmosphere. Thanks to its proximity to the motorway, all destinations can be reached in no time.

Der grosse Garten mit Grillplatz eignet sich hervorragend um den Tag gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen - zum Beispiel nach einer Runde auf dem zu Fuss erreichbaren (10 min.) Golfplatz.
