Beachfront holiday rentals in Grammeno

Dionysios was a great host, great communicator and very quick to respond. His house was extremely well set up, the garden was a shady gem and the location of the beach was fantastic……It truly was idyllic! Highly recommend for a tranquil holiday.

We really enjoyed to stay. The sea was amazing and the close by restaurant as well. the owner was very nice and helpful.

Wir wurden herzlich von Alex empfangen und uns erwartete ein reichhaltig gefüllter Willkommenskorb inklusive Olivenöl und Wein (beides sehr fein) aus dem eigenen Anbau. Die Unterkunft direkt am Sandstrand war einfach nur traumhaft mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Das Meer ist sehr flach und bestens für kleine Kinder geeignet. Alle Fenster hatten einen Mückenschutz was Gold wert war. Mit den zur Verfügung stehenden Kanus kann man wunderbar auf dem Meer paddeln. Die Unterkunft von Alex und Hara kann man nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Pięknie wykończony budynek z przemyślanym wnętrzem i stylowymi dodatkami. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone. Pobyt w Lakka bym cudowny, a restauracja zaraz przy wyjściu z mieszkania najlepsza w jakiej jedliśmy na wyspie! Jednakże kilka rzeczy nam przeszkadzało: 1. Brakowało moskitier w oknach, wlatywały komary i inne owady. 2. Podłoga jest bardzo nierówna i ma to swój klimat starego domku, ale bujający się stół i krzesła nie były zbyt komfortowe. 3. Tygielek (briki) do parzenia greckiej kawy, której jedno z nas było miłośnikiem w stanie do wyrzucenia 4. Lubię gotować na wyjazdach i zawsze cieszy jak jest w dobrym stanie patelnia i podstawowe przyprawy jak sól, pieprz czy cukier. Niestety patelnia w stanie okropnym, a cukier zarówno w słoiku (gdzie były wsypane ze trzy różne rodzaje) i w jednorazówki w papierku był jakiś namoknięty, sklejony. Obrzydliwy. W kuchni był mały pojemnik na oliwę - pusty, lepiący i brudny. W przy takiej cenie mieszkania oczekiwałbym lepszej słabości o detale

Absolutely loved the Ionian Exclusive Villa. Eleni was incredibly helpful and responsive and the area was astonishingly beautiful. I thought it was too good to be true and it was not. Definitely need a car for the full extent of your stay but it’s a trip you’ll never forget.

An exceptional location. I am very lucky that I had the chance to stay there on vacation. The house is gorgeous, the beach is wonderful, without many people. Everything is superlative. And Angeliki is an absolutely wonderful host. Thank you.

The view is worth all of it! It’s a small but cozy studio, bear in mind the one with the children’s beds would be more suitable for little children. It is very close to the central part of Parga and when you read complaints about the slope - the whole town is this way, actually this is a great location. And, as mentioned, the view from the balcony is magnificent, worths having that for the morning coffee:)

Υπέροχη θέα με ηλιοβασίλεμα σαν της Σαντορίνης, ευρύχωρο, καθαρό,πολύ καλή τοποθεσία αν θέλεις να επισκεφθείς όλη την γύρω περιοχή από Πρέβεζα μέχρι Πάργα, πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής, θα το συνιστούσα.

Achinos Villa was perfect for our stay on Paxos. Aimilia the host was very friendly, responsive and even arranged for her brother to collect us on arrival at Gaios Port. The villa is spotless, very comfortable and it is equipped with everything you need for your stay. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to see that the host had kindly left us a selection of essentials in the fridge along with a bottle of wine. The location is peaceful and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. We hired a scooted during our stay which allowed us to further explore the island but Gaios and a number of beautiful secluded beaches are accessible on foot. We 100% recommend this villa for a relaxing retreat to Paxos.

Άνετος και πεντακάθαρος χώρος, όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Εξαιρετικός για παιδιά. Στο μπαλκόνι σου έχεις πισίνα ( μικρή, αλλά ιδανική για μια οικογένεια ή παρέα) και ένα μεγάλο περιβόλι με πορτοκαλιές, λεμονιές και μίνι γήπεδο ποδοσφαίρου και μπάσκετ. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη μιας και υπήρχε άτομο συγκεκριμένο που φρόντιζε για όλα ( άφιξη, οδηγίες για τη διαμονή, για τη περιοχή, καθαρισμό πισίνας...).

A wonderful and functional apartment in a convenient location! It was perfect for us—just a short walk into the port and from two beaches—and our host was extremely responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Spiros’s house was incredible! While the house is lovely and spacious the outside space and views make this an 11/10 stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole house was spotless. Paxos was wonderful, with lots to do, good food, and easy access to beaches and activities. Spiros was incredibly kind, considerate and the most generous host I’ve ever met. I cannot recommend his house enough and feel very lucky to have met him and had such a wonderful stay. Ευχαριστώ, Spiros. See you again soon!!

Angelo's place was amazing! It was clean and comfortable and gorgeous, with stunning views, a great pool and a short walk down to a fabulous beach. A maid came to clean every day, which was awesome. (Special shout out of thanks to Sofia.) We would definitely stay here again.

C’est le paradis ! Cette maison perdue au milieu des oliviers est un rêve ! L’environnement est magnifique, en pleine nature. La piscine avec vue sur mer est incroyable . Si vous cherchez le calme, la nature, de beaux paysages … c’est là ! C’est une maison pour deux et c’est parfait ! A chaque fois que nous rentrions dans cette maison, nous soupirions d’aise . Par ailleurs, Dimitris est tellement gentil ! Il nous a sauvés : nous sommes tombés sur un chauffeur de taxi indélicat qui nous a plantés au milieu de nulle part . Il est venu nous chercher…. Il a un sens de l’hospitalité incroyable : plein de petites attentions à notre arrivée … et très serviable ! Nous avions loué un scooter pour nous déplacer , et c’est parfait : rien n’est loin . Nous n’avons qu’une envie, c’est de revenir ! Un grand merci Dimitris !

Sarah og George er sublime værter som sætter nye standarder for hvad det vil sige at være vært.Deres måde at følge dig helt til dørs så at sige er fantastisk.Når de så ydermere har et helt exceptionelt hus med den vildeste udsigt er 5 stjerner ikke nok.Elskede huset og omgivelserne og gik næsten hele øen rundt som er helt unik på de 3 dage vi var på øen. Vi blev helt ydmyge over vores held til at opleve denne perle. Ps: George is second to none😀

I had the pleasure of staying at Vassias beautiful apartment, and frankly speaking it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and at ease. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the home was both cozy and modern. Communication with the owner was seamless. They were very responsive in responding to any questions I had and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location of the home was also ideal, situated in the center of the old town, with the tavernas just below, but still very quiet on the inside. For anyone who is about to travel to Parga, I highly recommend them to go to Vassias apartment. I will surely be back!

As it was early April, we were the only tourists in town and that suited us well. The village was just as we imagined and the apartment was in a perfect location. Tereza was extremely kind and helpful, picking us up from the ferry in the car we rented from her and meeting us there again at the end of our trip. Thanks Tereza. We will treasure the memories of Loggos forever.

ROMANTICA E FUNZIONALE IN POSIZIONE STRATEGICA Innanzitutto un panorama strepitoso! Impagabile per chi vive in città. La casa è ben pensata, con spazi ampi e razionali. All'esterno ci sono tavolo e sedie per fare colazione e una chaise longue per godere degli struggenti tramonti. Se a fare ombra non bastano gli ulivi c'è una tenda regolabile con un comodo telecomando. Entrando vi accoglie un soggiorno arioso con una cucina moderna e scrupolosamente accessoriata. Il divano letto a due posti ampia il numero degli ospiti e accoglie chi è abituato a fare tardi guardando la tv. La camera da letto è luminosa, arredata in modo elegante e funzionale. Il letto è molto grande (ci abbiamo dormito anche in 4 con i 2 bambini) e comodo. L'armadio non potrebbe essere più capiente. Il bagno è grande e comodo. La pulizia è ineccepibile. La casa di Georgios è la soluzione perfetta per chi vuole esplorare le belle spiagge di Sivota, tutte a meno di 15 minuti d'auto. Per la più vicina ne bastano 2.

Wir hatten in Bouas Haus eine sehr gute Zeit! Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen - direkt am Rande Altstadt, an einer belebten Straße und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den Stränden entfernt. Tasos war ein sehr angenehmer und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Besonders nett war auch sein Vater, der uns bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen und mit den Koffern geholfen hat. Insgesamt ein sehr zuvorkommender Service und ein schöner Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wow, where do I even begin? Mari is an outstanding, attentive host who went above and beyond. I honestly don't think you could get a better-situated apartment in Gaios. Nestled off the main square, boasting a beautiful balcony and a stone's throw away from all the local amenities. This apartment ensured we could get the most out of our holiday and soak up the fruits that Paxos offers. We would definitely return and can't recommend this listing enough. Geweldig!!! De host is aanwezig en heel toegankelijk en flexibel! De locatie was geweldig, traditioneel ingericht. Alle faciliteiten waren voor handen. Zeer goed bed, aangenaam om te douchen en 's avonds een glaasje te drinken. Vlakbij de zee en parking ter plaatse. Weldoende rust en stilte. Restaurants en winkels vlakbij, op wandelafstand. Mooie excursies mogelijk op kleine afstand. EEN AANRADER!!

Excellent stay in Paxos. The host was very responsive and, even though not physically present, assisted in everything we needed and provided us with what was asked. Messages always clear and replies always within minutes. Fantastic.

la casa è in una posizione fantastica proprio nel centro di Lakka e a pochi km dalle calette più belle di paxos. Gli spazi interni sono ben divisi tanto che nemmeno sembra un monolocale, ma l'aspetto più interessante è la luminosità dell'appartamento e la terrazza che affaccia sul porticciolo di Lakka da una parte e dall'altra su una verde collina. È stato un vero piacere svegliarsi ogni mattina e fare colazione godendo di una tale vista. Siamo arrivati a Paxos stressatissimi e anche grazie alla casa di Stamitis siamo ripartiti in pace con il mondo. grazie sarai sempre la nostra prima scelta per la prossima vacanza a Paxos.
