Casa de Sol is a renovated home with a newly built pool, with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant holiday. All rooms are very bright with a terrace to enjoy the view. Quality textiles and simple furniture make you feel at home. The space The living room has a sofa, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, 2 full bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. The large master bedroom has a bathroom with shower and a 180cm double bed, the small balcony overlooks the mountains in the distance; the second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has two single beds, the balcony overlooks the sea; there is also a bathroom with shower on the second floor; suitable for large families. The fully equipped open kitchen has a dining area, so you can cook anytime. It is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, induction cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender and all necessary cooking utensils. The house also has a laundry area with a washing machine and iron. And our favorite! The terrace has a saltwater pool, shower, outdoor dining table, BBQ, and shaded lounge area. Convenient free parking This villa is perfect for those who want to experience Spanish life up close. There, you can find small bars, restaurants, supermarkets, trendy shops, pharmacies, etc.! Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Urlauber, die die spanische Kultur hautnah erleben möchten, denn es befindet sich direkt in der Stadt Gran Tarajal. Dort finden Sie Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Modegeschäfte, usw.! Den schwarzen Sandstrand und den Ozean haben Sie gleich vor der Tür. Die Wohnung (auf der 3. Etage, Treppensteigen erforderlich) für 4 Personen, verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlange und einem Schlafsofa, eine Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer und eine Terrasse mit Meerblick.

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

Enjoy the garden with its prickly plants and black volcanic rocks. Fabulous views of the mountains and the sea (reachable by foot in a few minutes). Enjoy the sun on two large terraces. Las Playitas, the ideal starting point for many activities: swimming, surfing, hiking, cycling, golf,... everything right outside the front door within walking distance.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

You have a 20m² roofterras with private sauna, outdoor shower, sea and mountain view. Gran Tarajal Beach is 400m away, a relaxing 5min walk. As my 3 cats Caracol, Crevet and Cangrejo also like to enjoy the sun on the roofterras, animal lovers only please.✌️

FUERTEVENTURA SOL GYM HOUSE AND SPA

Our apartment Fuerteventura Sol Gym House And Spa is brand new and is very well located in a very quiet part of the island, in the countryside, but with very good access, and in a strategic area to visit the island, 40 minutes from the airport (45 kms). The nearest town is Tarajalejo, which is located five minutes away (6 km), where you can find a beautiful beach of black volcanic sand, supermarkets, restaurants, and other services.
