El apartamento está situado en la tercera planta de un emblemático edificio de principios del siglo XX sin ascensor. Totalmente reformado respetando los elementos originales del edificio: suelos de azulejo hidráulico, techos altos, vigas de madera y paredes de ladrillo visto. Se compone de un luminoso y amplio salón, un baño y dos dormitorios. El dormitorio principal dispone de una cama matrimonial y el segundo dormitorio está compuesto por una litera, con cama de matrimonio abajo y cama individual arriba. El salón-comedor diáfano cuenta con 3 amplios ventanales que llenan de luz la casa y ofrece un ambiente cálido y acogedor, donde es fácil sentirse siempre cómodo. Desde sus tres balcones, tendréis un lugar privilegiado para ver la Semana Santa, ya que está ubicado en la Carrera oficial. En este sentido, cuenta con todas las ventajas y comodidades de una casa moderna. The master bedroom has a large double bed and Arabic bath to soak in after a hard day sight seeing or skiing. The second bedroom has twin beds. A cot with comfortable mattress is available on request. The terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase from the living room. The living room also has views south of Alhambra and the mountains and a small balcony. The renovation has aimed to fuse 18th century charm with 21st century comfort and style, the apartment has air-conditioning, heating, free WiFi internet access, a powerful shower with limitless hot water a TV & DVD player. A high chair or hair dryer are available on request. Private parking space 150m from the apartment which needs to be paid for in advance to be reserved and costs 15 euros per day. Guests have sole use of the entire apartment and the terrace. If you need our parking space its needs to be reserved and costs 15 euros a day / 80 euros a week.
