It houses four apartments with different capacities: Atrojes, Cuadra, Tinao, and Torreón, located in the former farm buildings of the cortijo. La Casa de la Cuadra features two double bedrooms, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a private terrace. Surrounded by spacious gardens, with a swimming pool and parking.

The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
