Shanon was a great host who was very keen on making sure that everything is fine and me feeling comfortable. The place was clean with a good shared kitchen. Only little downside was the slight odour which I'm assuming came from some construction work in the surrounding. Overall I was quite happy.

Place is clean and easy to find, with a beautiful room . Definitely worth the price.

I really enjoyed my time at this guesthouse. It's just steps to the beach, and it has everything that I consider essential for a comfortable stay. The room even has things that many guesthouses don't bother with, like hot water from the sink, a fan, and a clock. There is no pool of lounge chairs but that's fine for me when the beach is so close. The breakfast is simple but filling with lots of fruit and the hospitality of the owner is outstanding.

A very reasonable place to stay in Flic en Flac, a nice area in Mauritius. The rooms were as described with a nice hot water shower. The in-room frig was nice for storing beverages, etc., although the common frig in the kitchen for the three rooms on the floor also worked well. The huge beach is an easy walk to get to. Shanon provided clear check in instructions with the critical objects circled in the photograph, which made self check-in a breeze. Very happy with my choice to stay here.

My stay at this villa was exceptional, ideal to disconnect and experience the authentic Mauricio. Location: 5 minutes from the beach, with crystal clear water and magical sunsets. Close to local restaurants and supermarkets Amenities: • Room with private balcony perfect for breakfast. • Windows that let the tropical breeze in • Fully equipped kitchen, even with essentials • Fast Wi-Fi and AC . Extras: Attentive and proactive host ¡Perfect in everything, I would definitely come back!

Set in a very quiet street and a very easy walk to the beach and shops. The main supermarket as Cascavelle is a 10 minute drive. The apartment is just as described and tastefully decorated with everything you need for a short or long term stay. There's plenty of space with a large dining area, well equiped kitchen with an added extra of a water filter jug. Beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with an en suite and also a large seperate shower and toilet for the other bedroom. The open plan lounge area has comfotable seating and a tv. There is a seperate breakfast bar by the kitchen hatch area. AC is available in the bedrooms and lounge. There is a small covered seating area outside. I was able to put my car inside the property. Wifi reception is very good. The property was spotlessly clean and I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you want easy access to many of the beautiful sights in the south of Mauritius. We had a great time at Shanon's! Communication worked smoothly from the start. The apartment is small but clean and sufficient. In addition, a well-equipped shared kitchen can be used. In 5 minutes, you are on the beach and there are numerous restaurants in the surrounding area. We will be happy to come back! :)

We felt very comfortable. Shanon was very friendly as a host and always responded immediately to our questions. The property has a very nice and quiet location and everything (stand, restaurants, shopping) is within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and the amenities are as indicated. We spent about 3 years weeks there and received fresh towels and linens several times during the time. We highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay this past weekend & would’ve loved to have stayed another night but the unit was already booked. It is a brand new unit nicely kitted out with a lovely swimming pool. Perfect for what we needed

We stayed 15 days in Flic en Flac the accommodation is ideally located, close to shops, restaurants, doctor beaches everything is within walking distance. The accommodation is as described, the residence has at the back a garden with a very pleasant pool after a day of moping. We did not meet Pamela and Steven but they remained very available if needed. We were welcomed by Antonio the caretaker very kind and available as well. I recommend it in a second 😊 Noémie

this is a home on the property of the host's main house. The property is adjoining with a second home. Equipped with a queen bed, smart TV, clic clac, table and chairs, kitchen with essentials: fridge, hobs and microwave, as well as dishware. The space is spacious, with a clean and functional bathroom, and a second shower is available outside, without any vis-à-vis. A covered terrace is also part of the rental and access to the pool. The neighborhood is a little secluded, arriving by a dirt road for 200 meters without any difficulty, quiet neighborhood, no noise disturbances, possibility to park the car inside the property. The hosts are super nice. 15 minute drive to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, restaurant, supermarket superU and bakery are also within a 5-15 minute drive radius. A peaceful place that I recommend

My entire time at this place, was like being part of a family. We did something together every evening, and the host, Ian, was like a best friend during that time. It was by far the best accommodation of my entire holiday in Mauritius, even though I never would have dreamed of it. I'm not a very sociable person, so I was a bit skeptical after reading the other reviews. But the relaxed atmosphere and openness absolutely convinced me to come back. Best wishes to you, Ian. Very clean and lovely place to stay

Large garden overlooking a beautiful white sand beach, sunset, swimming with fish. The garden allows lunch facing the sea and a barbecue is available. Supermarket and restaurant close by. Air conditioning great , clean pool, wifi Responsive and accommodating owner for schedules Separate villa into 2 units on the ground floor and 1st floor and also a beachfront bungalow so share the pool and garden with the other tenants but not disturbing. Spacious room and good bedding but double beds not very wide 140 cm. Modern electrical socket with USB and French. The room overlooking the street is noisy especially in the morning with a delivery truck from the supermarket. We had a great holiday.

The place was super clean and matched the description as provided in the photos. Stephanie was very friendly and guided us with all the things as needed. The only downside was that the dogs barked at you everytime they see you which was a bit of trouble since my partner was afraid of dogs. Overall a very nice stay and much recommended if you are okay with dogs.
