Clean, spacious and well equipped. Hostess was helpful and responsive. Short walk to a quiet side of the beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. Loved our stay here

We have just returned to the UK after a 14 day vacation in the villa. We had a fantastic holiday the villa is beautiful inside and out. Perhaps our favourite area was the veranda. Its wraps around the villa and has many different seating areas. We spent most evenings out there. Garry is an amazing host he met us at the villa and showed us around also providing great information about Mauritius eating out beaches etc. He kindly allowed us to check out a little later. We ate out at Le Meridian and Revive several times they are local and within walking distance. Friendly staff and excellent food. La Voglia Matto Pizza eat in or takeaway is worth a visit. We were two in the house for 14 days and enjoyed the stay very much. We liked the house itself, the huge great garden, the large pool, the location with a view of the sunset every evening, especially the warm contact with Andy and his family. They always responded immediately when we had questions and everything was answered promptly and solutions were found. It should also be mentioned that the house is equipped with a mosquito net and can be ventilated at any time. The rental car will find a parking space directly in front of the house. There are both Euro plugs available in addition to the usual UK sockets, so adapters are not necessarily needed, but Andy would have had them for us. Besley, who takes care of the house, pool and garden, and lives next door, was also always helpful. So for us everything was great and we can highly recommend the house and thank everyone involved for the beautiful time in Mauritius. Andrea and Rudolf

Awesome stay at Baleau Villa, place has all listed amenities and is well located - Pereybere beach is 3 mins away with a great selection of restaurants around! We were offered homemade chicken curry with vegetables which was delicious ! Would definitely recommend! :))

A nice and big studio with a great terrace. Very quiet yet centrally located. The beach and restaurants can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, if you want to go to other beaches, a scooter or car is recommended. The landlords are very comfortable. There is plenty of hot water, the kitchen is well equipped and the rooms can be darkened with curtains. The bed is comfortable, the AC cools down, although it is also a little louder. Earplugs can help. Everything is divided as shown in the pictures: a bathroom, a kitchen with seating, a bedroom and a living room with sofa and dining table.

The host was very polite and let us do the late check out. The apartment was clean and spacious. It's fully equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Two beautiful beaches are in a walkable distance, while a coffee shop, restaurant and small supermarket are in the neighboring building. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in this apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious. In addition, it is a 1-minute walk to the beach, which is ideal. The advantage is also that we were able to enjoy the hotel's parking and swimming pool. :)

Absolutely loved staying at Antonio's apartment! The view of the ocean from the balcony is spectacular. The apartment is new and kept exceptionally clean. Loved cooking in the kitchen which was well stocked in utensils for all our cooking needs - this is a rare find as most self catering accommodation lacks all cooking essentials. The quality of kitchen utensils was exceptional for a holiday stay, which I personally enjoyed. Antonio is fast to respond to any questions. Also loved the local hospitality of Isabelle and Yanick. This apartment was definitely a home away from home in its comfortably!

Perfect location, beautiful apartment with everything you need inside: a small balcony to enjoy the sun in the morning during breakfast, a seating area with two swings to relax when returning from visits, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. Not to mention the outside with its large swimming pool, its well-stocked weight room, the relaxation area, the barbecue area... everything is beautiful. Great hosts who best advise you on things to visit, very kind, respectful, attentive and attentive. I was able to share a grill and rum party with them and it was perfect. I recommend 1000% and will be back for sure! See you soon.

We spent about ten days at Béatrice's place. This place is very nice with all the essentials to have a good holiday. The nice little extras: the bedding, the swimming pool, the nearby beach, peaceful residence,... I warmly recommend this place, we had a great holiday.

Beautiful apartment, high standard. One bathroom for each bedroom is appreciated. The view of the islets is amazing. The private beach is clean but you can't swim there at low tide. Fortunately, there's the pool. Access to the residence is not easy, via a stony path along the beach. This location allowed us to reach Grand Baie for an excursion to Gabriel Island, Excellent👍

We spent two months at Sonia's place. Our stay was beautiful . Sonia is very nice , always accessible , she comes right away when necessary . Without ever imposing itself . The apartment is comfortable , well located in Grand Baie . There is also the possibility of making Catamaran with a very friendly crew and preferential rates for Sonia's tenants. We have always enjoyed it several times with pleasure . Thank you for your attention to check in and out . It was nice . There is also the option to safely park the car. Thanks again , and maybe see you soon , because if we come back to Mauritius we will definitely return to your Sonia .

Wow! What an amazing place. We felt at home. Immediately! We even got invited to the birthday dinner from parvin (husband) . The whole family is now our family! I stayed at Ashraf’s place for six weeks and it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment is beautifully designed, spotless, fast internet and incredibly well-equipped, perfect for a long stay. The private terrace with sunbeds and an outdoor shower was my favourite spot to unwind. Ashraf is a genuinely kind and attentive host, always available with great local tips and quick to help with anything from airport transfers, to days out and car hires. The location is peaceful yet close to everything you need. I can’t recommend this place enough, it was the highlight of my time in Mauritius. Thanks for being such a kind host Ashraf!
