This property is right on the beach, walking distance to all restaurants, shops and bakery. You can't beat the location of it. The bungalow is very simple, rustic, bohemian style, yet full of charm. The outdoor terrace is wide with multiple seating areas This is where you will spend your time. The bedroom has a comfy mattress and cold AC. It is best suitable for people who enjoy nature, simplicity and love to wake up to the sound of the ocean. No TV but we recently installed high speed wifi!

Our Apartment is located on the first floor ( only floor ) in one of saint-martin's most popular areas Grand case Boulevard, 2 min from Grand case airport, walking distance from a variety of popular restaurants, local dishes, boutiques and of course just a few steps from the private yard you'll be toes deep on the beach porch is roadside! .We also offer the possibility to rent a car with us ( airport transfer offered !) so that you can get around easily on the island- contact us for more info

The Case

La Case is located in a secure residence. You will arrive in a quiet, bright, elegant home with a sea view that will charm you and a pretty terrace to enjoy the sunset. Located in the heart of Anse Marcel with direct access to the beach, the studio is a short walk from the shops, restaurants of the marina while remaining close to Grand Case, the Baie Orientale and its surroundings. A short walk is a must on our little island, looking forward to hosting you🏝️.

Charming small house with all amenities, private garden and trees, ideally located in the quietest and most secure corner of Grand Case: Petite Plage. A 300-meter walk from the cultural heart of Saint Martin, Boulevard de Grand Case with its many restaurants, this accommodation is right across from the beach and the Creole Rock that you can explore with our kayaks. Its small inner courtyard will allow you to fully relax in peace around an outdoor BBQ.
