Holiday rentals with a patio in Grand Case

Gorgeous views , insane balcony it was beautifullllllll . We loved our stay . The place was very nice and spacious . Would 100% recommend this spot to everybody .The receptionists in the lobby were also amazing and very nice and helped us get taxis and everything we needed . 10/10 !!!!!

Shanaan is a great host. She gives clear instructions and the space matches the photos and everything for a good stay is present. Also think of the things you cannot bring with you, such as a parasol. Fast and clear communication, definitely a recommendation.

Very beautiful area that felt very safe, Bérénice was super responsive and helpful when checking in. Not ocean view but a short walk through the garden to a beautiful beach. Peaceful and quiet area to stay, and not far from Orient beach to go to all the restaurants. It was a great place to spend the week.

The airbnb was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our honeymoon. The studio sits below a villa that has the private pool, which we had all to ourselves. The view was gorgeous, the interior design was amazing, and the hosts thought of everything. They were very responsive with any needs. We will surely stay here again

The place was beautiful especially the view! My only suggestion would be that a tv should be place in the bedroom, instructions on what the occupants need to do before checkout (trash removal, dirty linens, ect) and English instructions on how to use the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Grounds were absolutely beautiful and the young lady that checked us in was a sweetheart🤎

Perfect! After exploring the island I saw that we were in the best place! In front of the best and most beautiful beach on the island! Not a 5 minute walk through the beautiful golf course! It looks like it's in a resort! Apartment view to the golf course and the spectacular beach! All new! It's well worth it!

This Airbnb was a great value for the price. It was well-maintained, had everything we needed, and the host’s thoughtful touches made the stay that much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet yet convenient spot to stay in the area. It was an overall fantastic experience. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The place is warm, tastefully decorated, and it immediately feels like home. Everything is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing to ensure optimal comfort. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, which allowed us to fully and serenely enjoy our stay. We recommend this place without a second thought, and for sure, we'll be happy to come back!

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

The Villa was as described in the add and pictures were the reality. We enjoyed the pool and quietness therefore we relaxed. Our favorite restaurant was the Vietnamese Bistro (Savannah) and the bakery which were in walking distance. Our host Marie was fantastic. She met us upon arrival and gave us valuable information and responded quickly to our inquiries making our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Daniel

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

Spectacular home. Private, quiet, yet minutes away from beaches and quality restaurants. Checking in and out was well coordinated by the team, as were responses to queries. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

We loved at our stay and would definitely book it again if we are back at St. Martin. Aurelie responded to all my questions within minutes. The apartment was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the view to the ocean from the balcony was a favorite. Having breakfast in the balcony while hearing the ocean created nice memories for us. The area seems very safe with nice restaurants within a short walk and even a small grocery store near by. We enjoyed the short two-minute walk to the beach. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, clean & well equipped and the view was breathtaking. The surroundings were very Peaceful & quiet, the location was convenient and we received great service. We appreciated the timely and helpful communication of Jenny & Annia. Great clean location with everything you need for an amazing holiday. Plenty of space with open kitchen/ living room concept with a view of ocean and beach. Which coincides with the deck/ patio. We would definitely stay again at “ The French Kiss”.. thanks for the host that kept in contact with us and met us at the property to explain some key details.
