Holiday rentals with a patio in Grand County

Can’t say enough good things about Bradley’s place. It has everything you could possibly need, and is very close to RMNP. The hot tub and pool were amazing after hiking all day. The grills are propane and work great. We made a steak dinner with sides that we cooked with the utensils that were provided. I’ve been renting Airbnb’s for a long time and this is in the top 3 of the MANY places I’ve rented. Literally not one bad thing to say. Next time we’re in the area, we’ll be booking with Bradley. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Had a great 3 night stay. The place was cozy and the many windows offered some excellent mornings looking out at the snow while sitting by the fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with supplies and the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo which offers some privacy if traveling with multiple families. We really appreciated the humidifiers and space heaters they had available! The condo could use a deep clean (dust/trash behind dressers, layers of dust on picture frames and on top of fridge, stains on blankets, etc.) but it didn’t feel dirty. We had one issue with the bathroom drain and the host communicated quickly to resolve the issue. The condo is located in a great community with a grocery store just down the road and it’s a quick and easy drive to Winter Park for more scenery and shopping. We would stay again if traveling to Granby!

We had a great stay in WP. The condo was new with all the creature comforts, clean and comfortable, easy access to the ski hill and tons of activities and great food nearby. Will definitely plan on staying here again, Shawna and Steve were excellent hosts.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quiet, peaceful apartment. Comfortable. Cozy. Beautiful river right outside with great outside space to walk around and enjoy the Mountain View. Very nice pool and hot tubs in the clubhouse—all of which were very clean and well kept. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful with any questions.

Our family enjoyed staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed. Very convenient to skiing (only a 5 minute drive to Granby Ranch), the grocery store, and town. We would definitely stay here again.

Felt at home. Everything we needed as a base camp for daily hiking. Simple and with all the essentials.

Beautiful place to stay and relax. It accommodated all of our guests comfortably. We really enjoyed the quietness and comfort of this cabin. It's close to a lot of things and the town of Granby offers great shops and good eats! would definitely recommend

The place was great. We went up there for my birthday & my friends and I had a great time! It’s super secluded & the views were just amazing! Would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway! Loved, loved, loved the kitchen! Everything was great but we cook a lot so the spacious kitchen came in so handy! 13/10

Tara's place is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The location was convenient and beautiful...the perfect place to experience GL a little away from the hustle of tourists. It was walkable to town...about 10-15 minutes. The decor was clean and modern...artful and a perfect Colorado vibe without logs, plaid and bears. I really loved the art. The bedrooms were huge. But my favorite thing was the effort Tara took to make us feel pampered and welcome. The kitchen is well stocked, the soaps were luscious, plenty of pillows, towels, and blankets. So many little touches make a great space a fantastic rental. Thank you for making the effort...we have noticed lately AirBnbs have been cutting corners...but not this place. we would love to come back!

Great location in the heart of Winter Park. Cozy, peaceful unit with great, sunny views.

We LOVED our stay at your condo. It was the perfect size for our family of four. First, you can't beat the location to Rocky Mountain National Park! It's close to places to get gas, grab a bite to eat, and again, just minutes from the Grand Lake entrance of RMNP. We saw 21 moose in just three days at the park (YES, 21), but one of the moose we saw was on the condo property! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The living room/kitchen area was very warm and toasty, but with opening the doors and windows for a bit, it cooled off, and it was comfortable. The place was very clean, and we loved having our parking spot so close to the condo. We also LOVED the view from our balcony. Beautiful snow-capped mountains, a glistening lake, amazing morning coffee moments! We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting RMNP! Thank you for the memories!

Highly recommend this condo. It's small but well designed and is very well equipped. It's an excellent location for skiing Granby Ranch, but we also loved being there in the summer and walking the beautiful Granby Ranch trails. A paradise for mountain bikers! Kat is a great communicator and handled our questions very promptly. We would stay again.

Samual gave good clear directions and the place is upstairs but easy to get to. The location is near stores for food and restaurants are near by in town. Over all a great stay.
