This was a vacation 16 years in the making and we wanted it to be special. Three generations of our family would be traveling together and we need the accommodations to be better than good. We needed them to be remarkable. You read the descriptions and see the photos when deciding on a place to stay, and sometimes they are accurate enough. Jaclyn's photos and description of the property did not do it justice. The condo, the property, and the staff were so far beyond our expectations, I can't even begin to say enough. I don't think we've ever stayed anywhere in our years of traveling that I would make the comment that the gardens and the view alone were enough to warrant a 5-star review. All said, the condo was light, spacious, and comfortable. The decor was beautiful and displayed the talents of the local people. Everything you could need is provided. We'll never forget our stay at Jaclyn's little slice of paradise on the Riviera Maya. Hopefully we'll return again soon!

Being a host myself I read reviews and want a clean safe place. This place checked all those boxes and more. This was a girls trip for my friends birthday We felt safe and well takin care of. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in the room when we arrived . Joel works in the office and was ABSOLUTELY so nice and helpful. All of the staff here work so hard. If you want a nice condo by the ocean don't hesitate to book . I would absolutely stay here again and trust me when I say I am picky. nice peaceful place!!

Our stay in North Half Moon Bay, Akumal, was perfect! The location is unbeatable—steps from the beach with turquoise waters and tranquil vibes. Yalku Lagoon, a snorkeling paradise, is a 10-minute walk away, and Turtle Bay Beach is right next door for swimming with sea turtles. Amazing local restaurants and the super convenient Midway Market are all within walking distance. This spot is ideal for relaxing, adventuring, and soaking in Akumal’s beauty. Highly recommend it for a five-star escape!

We just had a great stay. First of all, the place is peaceful and residential and it's really nice. The residence is beautiful, the accommodation is also very beautiful, not to mention the pool area, which is not sufficiently highlighted in the listing because it is really superb. And the icing on the cake is Frederico. Always available to answer our questions or help us! In short, we are delighted! If you come by car, there's no risk for it, if you come on foot, it's great too. I highly recommend it.

Look no further than this property. The unit itself is immaculate and the design/layout is beautiful. Monica’s staff did an outstanding job of accommodating us throughout the trip and went above and beyond for me and my crew! Looking forward to booking this Airbnb again! Lillian is a beautiful soul inside and out !! She was very responsive and helpful with local ideas . The place was beautiful and peaceful. Not far from the beach, not far from town . We met thunder and her in person upon arrival, and we just laughed! Felt like I’d known them my whole life ! Thank you for letting me celebrate my birthday at your place !!! We will definitely be back , and looking at her other rentals !! We appreciate a host like you !!

We enjoyed our brief stay at Ryan's place. It was very clean and looked just like the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and has great food options just a few steps from the apartment. The only thing to note is that given the main bedroom is on the top floor, it gets hot up there. The dedicated A/C unit upstairs did struggle to get the temperature below 80F / 27C. Not a huge issue, but something to be aware of if you prefer a cool bedroom. We'd gladly stay here again.

Would definitely come back!!! Fantastic host - kind, informative & wonderfully hospitality. We loved this beautiful place & options on site for private cenote, Mayan ruins, and short walk to the beach. Perfect in case we didn't get out to explore. I chose Playa del Carmen because it's half way between Cancun & Tulum yet fairly easy to get to the airport. We went to Edin cenote which was fun, refreshing & close by, in Tulum we enjoyed a completely different vibe, and ran out of time to snorkel in Akumal. The 3 seperate bedrooms are each spaced well for privacy. There was a very nice oven/stove to cook meals on which we did 50% of the time and we really enjoyed the variety of restaurants with great service nearby. Our favorite breakfast was at Lara & Luca. Unexpected: The Mall in walking distance, super friendly people, and how much we loved seeing wildlife by the pool: spider monkeys, caoti, and iguanas in the trees with turtles and agouti on land. Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it doesn't miss anything at all, it has everything, its apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very friendly, walking to 5th avenue was a great walk, it's like 12 minutes, definitely I'll be back! the best place in Playacar is here!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect — a true home away from home in Tulum! The location is fantastic, very close to the centro but still peaceful and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The space was spotless, and thoughtful touches like slippers, toothbrushes, and razors made it feel extra special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure, which can be rare to find. I also really appreciated the personalized key code — it was so convenient not having to worry about forgetting it! There were plenty of outlets throughout the apartment, making it easy to charge all our devices without any hassle. Parking was easily accessible, which was a huge plus for us. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer stay, this Airbnb has everything you need. Highly recommend — I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

I was staying there with my little Shih Tzu and we had a great two night stay! Walking distance to one of the best taco places of Tulum, and an amazing terrace overlooking the street which is honestly super spacy! Since it had a small desk, I was able to get some work done as well, everything is super functional and I would be happy to stay again! Host is great in communication, super accommodating.

We came to Kippal Cozumel with my wife and kids, and it didn’t take long to realize we had found the perfect spot for a family vacation. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped – but what really made the difference was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home from the very beginning. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the foosball table, and the pool table – it was hard to get them to leave. And we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the rooftop bar with relaxing music, and the perfectly timed, delicious margarita that made everything even better. It honestly felt like every little detail had already been thought of. The hospitality was top-notch and full of heart. Thank you for an amazing experience – we would absolutely love to come back again!

We enjoyed our 7 day honeymoon in the YalKulCai condo. It was so artistic and clean and quiet. We rented a car, the walk to the main beach is 2km. There are a couple restaurants close by that we enjoyed. We also visited Tulum and Xel-ha, sat by the pool and visited a private Cenote.

Staying with Stefano was just great – he is a very relaxed and accommodating host with a likeable way to feel welcome immediately. The space is modernly furnished, well-equipped and exudes a cozy atmosphere. The beautiful garden with pool completes it perfectly – we felt completely comfortable. 👍🏼

Excellent apartment within the Tulum Country Club highly recommended for golf trips to the Mayan PGA Riviviera. Everything was very clean and tidy. Very good common areas in the building. Very friendly Annemarie as well as the building staff.

Easy entry using lockbox and key. Surfaces were clean. Quite a bit of sand still on the floor. I asked not to have the daily maid service and just did the sweeping myself. The kitchen was stocked well. It did have a blender (not listed) and a drip coffee maker. They did provide water. I need a fair amount of storage containers for food (I cut up fruit and salad items) and the Airbnb did not have much of that. Two boogie boards and a large sun umbrella for use. Showers had doors. The water got hot for showers and in the kitchen. This unit was on the second floor, so good for carrying items up if the elevator wasn't working. Balcony and houseplants were lovely. Beds comfortable. AC worked in all spaces. Black out blinds were helpful against morning sun. The pool and entry fountains are lovely. I would stay there again. Walk to Turtle Bay & Taverna was .8 miles. Close to Buena Vida, La Lunita, and Jungle cafe. North end of beach by the place with red umbrellas for easy enter to snorkel.

Lovely place in beautiful setting with ocean view and constant sound of the surf. We've stayed before and will come back. While there's no beach access, we don't mind - just go to the beach or lagoon nearby.

The pictures do not do it justice! The views are absolutely incredible and go forever. From the large comfortable porch, bedroom, living room and kitchen...you can't help looking through all the huge windows onto the turquese water! The location is so quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Snorkeling right out front! About 10 minutes from town (we rented a car), so no in walking distance but easy to go pick up groceries and go to dinner. The home was well decorated, tall ceilings, large windows made it so peaceful and easy. Plenty of dishes & cookwear for eating there. The building is very new, easy secure parking, and even a small gym. Angelica was fantastic!! Very quick responses, helpful info, and very accommodating when our flights changed and was very flexible. Would absolutely stay here again and ready to be back!!

With this beautiful apartment, you certainly won't go wrong. Everything was perfect. This beautiful studio is spacious, and the high ceiling gives it even more space. In the kitchen, there is everything one would need for cooking- cutlery, pans, glasses, plates. If you feel like cooking for a few days or the whole stay, it's perfect. There are two TV's with Netflix and other channels. The design is very modern, and everything looks so much better in real life. The pool is amazing, and we found that most of the time when we were there, we were the only people. Some of the best smoothies can also be ordered there. The view through the bedroom's window made us feel like we were living amongst trees. The area is very safe and quiet. The host is super friendly and kind; he helped us with beach club access and always responded to us. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Next time we're in Tulum, we won't bother looking for any other place but this. Thank You!
