Townhome holiday rentals in Grandview

The hosts were very accommodating during our stay. The home was cleaned, spacious, and has a walk in shower with good pressure. The beds were comfortable with quality bedding. If you want to be near the legends or stadium, it is an easy drive 8 minutes away!

I appreciated the stay. It was just what I needed from weeks of traveling. I looked at cheaper hotels in KC but the reviews were horrible. So I checked out Airbnb and thank goodness I did because this was what I needed. Thanks again. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Esther was quick to respond and very kind hearted towards us. The accommodations were very clean, quiet, and the two beds very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for a week over christmas 2024. The cabin was very nice and very clean. There were plenty of kitchen untinziles and dishes for cooking and baking which we used. The bedrooms were large a spacious. The entire cabin was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire place with a glass of wine. I will say the beds are very firm so prepare yourself for that. Not a horrible thing if you prefer a very firm mattress. We highly recommend this stay and the hosts were very responsive. Thank you Kevin & Kellie

The townhouse worked very well for our family of 9 to spend time together in a ‘home away from home’. Kitchen was fully stocked with amenities (pots, pans, dishes) we used for cooking meals. Loved the oversized 8 person dining table that also had enough room for the high chair available in the property.

Highly recommend very responsive will definitely be rebooking again ! 😊

Nice lodging in an established neighborhood. Depending on GPS source there could be lots of intersections getting to the house. On the last day we found a straight shot. But the house was worth it. You did have to use the stairs a lot.

Fantastic apartment with friendly & communicative hosts! We were within walking distance of many excellent restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The only thing to note is that being right on an intersection it can be quite noisy, especially at night, but plenty of earplugs were provided and it was totally manageable.

The only “ding” I gave was on price because it cost a lot for one night. We’ve stayed in many and often much larger groups in highly desirable cities/areas for much less. However, because we were pretty desperate, supply/demand, just needed 1 night to host my family getting to be under 1 roof to celebrate graduation together, it was our only option. Considering it’s a duplex in a smaller town, seemed high. That said, it was great in every other way. Host was great, great place, clean, met our needs, easy to get to, it just was really perfect for us!!! We’re grateful to have found it and have truly a flawless experience!

Great location. Only a couple of blocks from numerous restaurants and bars, and close to the light rail which provided easy access to downtown. Kara was very communicative and accommodating. We really enjoyed the stay.

We already miss Savannah's place! We were in between homes after selling ours. We needed a place to stay until we purchased our new home, so we were here for a month! Savannah's place is clean, roomy and has everything you need; we felt right at home. I was able to cook in the nice kitchen or order food from some great restaurants in the area. I miss the wrap around view of the parks and downtown. We were able to use one of garage spaces and parked the other vehicle on the street with no issues. Quiet neighborhood at night, lots of people at the park during the day. Savannah is very responsive and friendly and even though she lives on the property, she gives you your privacy. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice stay. Instructions were clear. Home was clean, plentiful linens and many extra amenities (shampoo, conditioner, cleaning supplies, coffee cups, spices, etc). We made use of the small park and walking paths across the street. Neighbors were friendly but not intrusive. Overall a nice little place with just about everything you need for a short stay.

The best part of this home is definitely the location. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. We were able to walk to some locations, including a nearby bakery for breakfast and a microbrewery. It was an easy drive to other attractions like the zoo. We had absolutely no problem with the street parking, always finding a spot right in front of the house. Overall the house was clean, comfortable, and had enough space for our family of four. We also appreciated some of the amenities for our baby including a travel crib and a gate for upstairs. Would recommend!

Lindsey’s home and hospitality is truly amazing. Her home is clean and situated around you’re a few stores that are easily accessible. Linsey home is and looks just like the photos. If you have something to do, don’t sit on the couch, you might fall asleep (Extremely Comfy).

Fadoua's house was spotlessly clean and perfectly sized house for a larger group. The three bedrooms were a King, Double, and Twin. The Master/King has it's own bathroom, the other two bedrooms share a spacious Jack & Jill Bathroom. There is also a bathroom conveniently located on the first floor. We also appreciated the coffee and kitchen supplies that were on hand.

This is such a great home!! Lots of room for all of my workers. House had super comfortable bed and high quality linens. Thanks for the use of your home!!

The hosts were very kind and easygoing. It was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. Good water pressure! We did not get the chance to use the outdoor space because of stormy weather, but it was a great stay in a quiet neighborhood.

Matthew was very prompt and attentive to any communication needs and provided clear and easy instructions for check in and check out. The place was clean and comfortable with an airy feel. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the kitchen provided all of our needs for a week long stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a few kids with us and they loved the arcade games and bunk room as well as the little outside area. Just a couple minutes to drive to restaurants, grocery stores etc. we visited several parks nearby to play wiffle ball, kickball and let the kids burn off energy on the playground.

Exploring Kansas City from this vantage point was a joy! Such a beautiful neighborhood to explore and with easy access to cultural amenities.
