Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Grant Park, Chicago

Milan was a great host! He was responsive and very communicative! His place was comfortable and very close to the McCormick Convention Center, which was where I was working from Friday through Tuesday. The couch was very comfortable along with the bed I slept in. His check in and out instructions were perfect. I will likely book his place next year.

The only bad or negative about the place : If you are going to have dishwasher in the place then you should have dishwasher pod's - just saying Would of been nice to have more than two set of towels. However I am sure that I could have asked for these items. Other than the above It was prefect and may book again

We loved our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, including super comfortable seating in the living room, thick towels, and lots of hangers. The security staff in the lobby were great, and we enjoyed running into students on our way in and out. Would recommend and happily stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Chandra was nice and very accommodating! She also recommended good places to visit. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. The whole apartment was clean and I appreciated the no shoes rule. I’m definitely booking here again when I come back to this city in the future.

Absolutely love it! Lots of amenities inside the building, close to everything, and I love when they provide the simple stuff like coffee, tea, soap etc, convenient parking and security was polite.

In regards to the apartment, it’s exactly as described in the photos. The living room and kitchen area have large, spacious windows that offer a gorgeous view. I was instantly smitten with the view and left the shades open, even when I was wearing my pajamas. You won’t regret that they’ve included everything you need, including toilet paper, kitchen decor, and cooking supplies. All you’ll need to bring is groceries to feel right at home. I highly recommend this apartment. It’s spacious with two bathrooms and plenty of closet space to store your belongings. It’s completely worth the experience highly recommended.

Wow. What a place. Modern and clean. Plus next to cta for easy access and save on uber rides. Restaurants galore next door. Host was amazing. Brought fresh fruits for us and super helpful. Glad we got this place in time. Bedrooms are spacious and lots of light. Kitchen is modern and full of all you need. Although, you won’t cook with restaurants surrounding the apt. Host was very gracious in letting us checkin 4 hours early because of Change in our flight plans.

Great location to attend a Cubs game! Nice place, nice backyard to relax outside. Comfortable furniture. Fun part of Chicago for food and shopping

Will’s flat was exactly what my son and I needed on our trip to Chicago. It completely met our expectations and felt like home. My son was impressed with the comfort of the Murphy bed. The master bedroom was palatial and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed, though we only used it for breakfast each day. As we were there primarily to take in a couple of baseball games we couldn’t have been happier with the location- Wrigley Field was only a few minutes away and we were close to the red line which took us to where the White Sox play. Will was very helpful with instructions and quick to respond to our questions. Absolutely would recommend this place without hesitation.

Wendy and Matt's place was comfortable and homey. The location was great, the apartment comfortable, and we had essential amenities. The building is mid-century modern and designed by famed architect Harry Weese that incorporates thoughtful references to Chicago architectural history throughout while still remaining visually cohesive. One minor issue is the stove, which is electric and somewhat underpowered. It's good enough for minor work like breakfast or heating leftovers but you may struggle producing more elaborate meals. It was a very minor quibble but worth noting for those culinarians wanting to prepare their own meals. The oven is decent but there is only one. Overall, my stay was excellent and I recommend Wendy and Matt's place wholeheartedly. They are excellent hosts as well.

We had a wonderful time in Pilsen neighborhood. Michael & Alex are wonderful hosts and who have a beautiful home. They let us have a later check out and was very much needed after my kids being at Concert night before. No issues with communication, always very fast and clear instructions. We went to Lollapalooza and shopping. It was a little tricky figuring out the bus schedule and El, but not an issue really. They helped us with that too. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the neighbors in the building are so nice and welcoming. Parking is on the street right next to the building and never had an issue finding parking spot. Overall we had a great experience and would love to stay there again. Thank you!

This home was beautifully decorated, the beds were super comfortable, from the mattresses to the linens. We loved how clean and clearly cared for everything was, and Mark and Marcelo were responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. We needed a place that felt like home while visiting Chicago for my son's graduation, and this was perfect for the three of us. An added bonus was that there is a designated parking spot on the premises.

Rasheed was very attentive. His home is in an excellent location, walking distance to resturants and shopping. The rooftop provided a spectular view of the city. I would definitely recommend Rasheed's home on a trip to Chicago!

Hugo was a great host. The house was just like the listing, ideal for a weekend with friends. We were five couples with children, an ideal family atmosphere. It has games and equipment to enjoy the lake and garden, such as a small pool, life jackets, sport balls... It was a great weekend thanks to the space and the house, highly recommended!

Derek is professional and friendly. He was flexible with us in a way that helped our travels a great deal. I appreciate his tech savvy home and will likely revisit the location. It’s about an 8 min walk to a clean beach where everyone is kind.

We had a great time staying at Mark's place. We had everything we needed, close to all the things you need, easy walk to brown line and red lines to get Downtown. The space was comfortable and well decorated, with a beautiful back courtyard to hang out in. Plus if you enjoy phones, this is your kind of place.😜

Great location - walking distance to the Logan Square CTA with a ton of cute coffee shops and some gift stores around. Very quiet neighborhood. Amazing facilities in the house - decked out kitchen, grill on deck, basement with video games and an air hockey table! 3.5 baths for three rooms which was very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Josh’s place in Andersonville. It was perfect for our large gathering with the expansive and well decorated house and a backyard large enough for family lawn games. Great location for the midsummer festival in Andersonville. Very clean and comfortable beds.
