Beautiful views from balcony (incl croagh patrick!),only 8 mins walk to town centre where there is usually something to do, 10 mins drive to Knock shrine, 20 mins to knock west airport, 30 to Westport/croagh patrick, 45 to Galway city. Enjoyable during summer days & long winter nights

Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.
