Unique & idyllic cabin on high mountain. The cottage is located about 1000 m above sea level with stunning views of the mountain world. Modernly furnished with all amenities such as shower, floor heating, fireplace and large panoramic windows. Great hiking terrain at your doorstep both winter and summer time. Bathing area can also be found close to the cabin. Car road all the way to the cabin during summer time. In winter time it is about 3 km from parking to the cabin. New mountain lodge at Lykkja, Hemsedal, breathtaking views of the Hemsedalsfjellene, Skogshorn and Storevatn. Large terrace, nice patios and all-day sun conditions. Short distance to cross country trails, hike, randonee and about 20 min to alpine slopes. 5 bedrooms (+loft), 2 bathrooms + 1 WC, large living room, TV lounge. Use of jacuzzi (NOK 1000) and electric car charger must be arranged upon booking. Does not normally offer a jacuzzi for short stays. Fits perfectly for large families. Bed linen and towels are extra for short stays (250 p/prs)

Wild, beautiful and steep! Cabin with a fantastic view. Great natural surroundings with great hiking opportunities. Høgestølen is about 25 min from Hemsedal City Centre (Alpine Center), 15 min to grocery store, and about 5 min. to a network of cross country skiing trails. The cabin is heated with electricity and wood, heating cables in the bathroom and combined washer/dryer The cabin is steep! Car road to the door, possible to park right outside. Here you can experience total silence. In the summer there will be cows and sheep in the area.

Newly renovated and rowing apartment for rent! The apartment is on 2.floor in the main building of Fossheim Lodge. Very good standard and contains: Living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, practical bedroom with double bed as well as tiled bathroom with rainfall shower. - Wi-Fi - Tv with streaming capabilities, - Vacuum cleaner - Small but cosy kitchen Bed linen and towels are NOT provided but can be rented for 150 NOK per person. Cleaning NOK 700,- In addition, you have access to many amenities in the building.

Simple cabin located 1100 meters above sea level in Valdres. It's at the top of the Kjølastølen hamlet and is perfect for one or two people who want a place to base for mountain activities. One room with sofa bed, table, kitchen counter with cooker. Heating with propane heater. The cabin has a sink with no running water, but it works for morning care etc with drains out of the cabin. There is no toilet, but guests can use the latrine 30m from the cabin. Toll Road (70 NOK) with private parking

Dette er stedet for deg som søker fred og ro, samt fine naturopplevelser. Hytta, som er et anneks, byr på et rom som inneholder en god seng, spiseplass og en liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, en liten komfyr og alt du ellers måtte trenge. Du kan kun komme til hytta med bil.

Norwegian cottage

Cozy Norwegian cottage. The outdoor life is a footstep away(hiking, hunting, ice climbing, cross country) but a 10 min drive will take you to the grocery store. Hemsedal center is a short 15 min drive. Its a old farmhouse with forest around so be aware of insekts;) You dont find the bigges tv, but a big chance to find serenity. Linen/towls not included. Only rented out to calm and lovely people /family ;)

we had an amazing winter vacation with 3 families (6 adults, 8 kids) at tove’s wonderfull hytte. especially loved the view, the spa and all the games and toys. would definitely like to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay and the cabin had everything we needed - the views were breathtaking and the proximity to the lake was unbeatable - the kids loved the lake and went swimming (even when there was still snow on the ground - brrr). Overhead high voltage lines over the jetty makes fishing unwise - please note! But the breathtaking views and position of the cabin make it unique and we would like to visit again!! Cost, wood burner, lots of relaxing spaces - cannot speak highly enough of Forde-Vik’s friendliness and responsiveness throughout !!

Our stay at this Hemsedal cabin was absolutely magical. The setting is quiet and surrounded by nature, with a clear spring running right beside the cabin. Thanks to the large glass windows and doors , we had an uninterrupted view of the spring from inside the cabin all day—it created the most peaceful, calming atmosphere. The photos honestly don’t do it justice. The view, the sound of the flowing water, and the feeling of being immersed in nature were even more beautiful in person. The cabin was spotless, warm, and well-equipped with everything we needed. On top of that, the host Aslak was very responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. It’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of Hemsedal. Highly recommended—we’d love to return!

Well-equipped cabin in a beautiful and very peaceful location. Lovely setting, absolute quiet with no road noise at all, just the sound of the wind in the trees and the tinkling of the sheep bells. Great hiking for all levels easily accessible within a short drive, town centre has all the amenities needed. Cabin was very clean and well-organised, easy to find everything in the kitchen, good quality kitchen equipment, comfortable beds with soft sheets. Rowing boat to take out on the lake was fun, picnic table on the deck down by the lake was a great place to sit and relax. Really liked the cabin and the area, would be happy to return someday!
