Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle sind zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar. Ideal für Regenwetter sind die vorhandenen Brettspiele und ein Büchersortiment.

Our stylish apartment on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a beautiful historic building is located in the exclusive Geidorf villa district. The city park is just a few meters away, and the Graz Old Town, Schlossberg, and the University of Graz are all within walking distance. The bright apartment features a comfortable box-spring bed, a pull-out sofa for two, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a smart TV, and a balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard. The ~45m² apartment, renovated in January 2025, with a spacious balcony, is located in the heart of the lively Lend district and thus offers the perfect location to get to know my beautiful hometown. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a wide selection of cafés, restaurants, shops and markets, all within walking distance. The apartment, located in a side street of Lendplatz and therefore in a quiet location, is modernly furnished and offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay.

Herzlich Willkommen! Wir befinden uns auf circa 800 m höhe und nur 10 min Autofahrt entfernt vom Berg Schöckl. Einen Ausflug auf dem Berg sollte man nicht verpassen. Bei uns steht die Ruhe im Vordergrund. Hier ist der ideale Ort für Mondspaziergänge und Walderkundungen. Es leben hier viele Waldtiere wie Rehe, Gams, Füchse, Eulen, Dachs und Feuersalamander. Der Wald ist moosig und die Luft rein. Unser Airbnb ist Familienfreundlich und für Naturliebhaber. Zum Entspannen und Abschalten.

It is about 700 m to the public bus to the city center, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the accommodation.
