Holiday rentals with a patio in Graz-Umgebung District

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moritz’s apartment. Really spacious rooms, good decor and a super comfy bed. Location is great for all Graz sightseeing - and in easy reach of the train station. Moritz was very responsive and provided a long list of restaurant and places to visit. Would certainly not hesitate to recommend this flat - and Graz!

Dragana was a great host, accommodating, with good tips and helpful instructions on check-in and parking. The apartment was perfect for us ( 2 adults, 2 children). Great location and immaculately clean.

Beautiful apartment with all the charm From an old house. We enjoyed the quietness and easiness to get to the city center using bus and tram. Very walkable without young kids too. Host was very responsive and professional when needed. The only watch out for parents with young kids is the oven/hob where it’s very easy for toddler to switch it on and off so we kept a close eye in our little explorer.

A very nice accommodation in Graz, from which we made many different excursions (also in the Graz surroundings). Everything is also great to reach by public transport. Everything we needed was there. The view from the balcony to the church is a dream.

Very good location. Easy 5-10 minute walk to central plaza and all sights, good restaurants, etc. Apartment was clean and functional, although the parking was a bit challenging with the same single lane entrance and exit. VERY tight to get the car in, but really not a big deal. Overall a good experience and we would stay again, mostly for the great location.

Great central location in Altstadt. The roof terrace is magnificent. Christian is a very attentive and helpful host, everything was perfect.

Great stay, location was easy to get into the old centre of Graz, 5 mins walk to tram stop. Supermarket across the road. Apartment was well furnished with lots of nice touches. As we're on a road trip it was great to have a washing machine to use. Lovely comfy bed. Would definitely recommend the apartment.

We enjoyed our stay and relaxed. What an amazing house this is to stay in. From the jacuzzie there is a great view.

The place was just as described, cozy and cozy in a beautiful green garden. It's really perfect for unwinding, the tranquility and scenery help a lot. It was particularly nice to see a deer right behind the house one afternoon. Communication with Verena was friendly at all times and she was always quick to reach and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped, everything you need was available. We felt very comfortable!

Viktoria was totally sweet, open and always responded quickly. The accommodation was a wonderful place to unwind and relax. Every morning, you were greeted by the two house cows. It felt right at home.

We had wonderful holidays in this very special house! Everything is decorated with an incredible amount of love and taste! Every little detail fits perfectly into the overall concept. It's totally cozy and just lovely! We felt incredibly comfortable from the first moment. Communication with Herman was very warm, quick and straightforward. He was always approachable and responded extremely quickly. Outside you can't decide which seat to use because they're all so great. The view and the air are fantastic. Hiking trails start directly from the house and you can also do a lot nearby. The village is cozy and our daughters loved the freely accessible fire pond converted by the villagers into a swimming pool. In short: an accommodation cannot be better!!!! We are glad that we were able to spend our vacation here and would very much like to come back again!

Spacious house with plenty of space and spacious rooms. Very good beds, bedroom with shutters. Kitchen equipped with utensils, though a little older. Very very quiet! Beautiful surroundings. A big thank you for the great stay and a special thank you to the neighbor, who has allowed our children to feed and pet the rabbits. We will be happy to come back!

Main square/center can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, grocery store and drugstore in less than 10 minutes - great location! Very large and beautiful apartment that exactly matched what the photos promised. Kitchen amenities were perfect. Communication with David worked very well, the apartment was ready to move into 1 hour before the official check-in. Great that there is an espresso machine and we could start the short vacation with an espresso on the balcony. We highly recommend David and his apartment!

Ingrid’s place is ideal for us, a family traveling together. The apartment provides everything thing you need in daily life. We are especially impressed by Ingrid’s thoughtful welcome: preparing breakfast elements in the fridge (we arrive late and no time for grocery shopping) and giving clear instructions for parking. All items provideed in the apartment are of top quality. We like everything.

The listing provides what it promises in the listing and the pictures: the apartment is very pleasant, well arranged, clean, and perfectly equipped, in a quiet neighborhood, and the value of which is also raised by the large terrace. It's also great for transportation: a bus stop 1 minute away on foot, and your own car can be parked in a safe place next to the entrance. Carina is an attentive and helpful host, open to any questions and respond quickly. I highly recommend their home to anyone who wants to experience the hustle and bustle of Graz, but want to return home to a calm, small-town environment for the evening.

Very nice apartment, in a great area with many options (supermarket, restaurants) nearby. Super clean, well organized and exactly as described! Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with, and very quick to reply to any concerns.

I had high expectations already based on the photos but the place went above and beyond. More beautiful even than the pics, a geeky paradise indeed. I had everything I needed for a few days' stay and Reinhard went the extra mile to accommodate my late check-in which I greatly appreciated. It was a joy coming home every night to such a beautiful place, and I would definitely return in the future. Thank you so much!!

We love this place! This year we were already here for the second time in a row, great apartment, great location, the roof terrace is just beautiful and Markus super sweet, reliable and accommodating. 13/10 stars!
