There are 67 uneven steps down to cottage from parking area. There are steps that lead to a trail and rocky beach. Property has a generator.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Seabreeze. Everything was as listed. View was wonderful. Enjoyed the dipping pool after a day full of activities. Appreciate that they had a backup generator on case power went out (it didn’t). The house was very clean and had all the essentials. We asked for recommendations on where to get fresh seafood and they gifted us some fresh mahi mahi they had that was wonderful! Great place overall.

Pink pineapples and bananas, out there but close enough, have a car or a rental, we were nighttime restaurant people but this Place put us right on island time. Loved the outdoor kitchen and environment. We “HAD!” To extend our stay 3 nights. St. John is, just come see. Definitely not a resort & no tourist. After doing it all every which way, pray I do it this way again. Thank you so much. Word of advice talk to Cory Lynn, very intelligent and offers great advice. We hope to be back soon. Thank you very much.

Hibiscus Suite at Sunset Serenade

Our group of 3 found this Airbnb to be perfect for our few nights in town. The space was clean, stocked with towels soap detergent and beach essentials, and the porch area was our favorite part. Checkin was easy and simple. Beware!!!! The hike into town is not for the weak - but we did it multiple times. Decent spot if you aren’t renting a car, taxis are around and 2/3rds of the walk has a sidewalk.

We had an amazing stay! The view from the spacious deck is stunning and beyond what we expected -- all the pictures do not do it justice. The large living space was well equipped and cool on the hot days. We appreciated the use of beach chairs, cooler bag, and beach bag as we used these items daily at the beach. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and a perfect layout for our family of four. If we get to return to St.John, we’ll absolutely want to stay here again!

Pura Vida was lovely! The entire home was spotless. The views and the outdoor pool was our favorite. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The grounds were beautiful and interesting. The ruins had its own little history lesson and we loved the shell book and its history to previous owners of the home. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed staying at A3 Sea Urchin! It was roomy, clean, bright, and as advertised. The bed was sssoooo comfortable! A/C worked great! A perfect central location to go to the National Park Visitor Ctr, walk into town to eat, shop, watch a sunset, get ice cream (*Our Market Smoothies*); also was great being across from beautiful Mongoose Junction complex where we enjoyed the North Shore deli, Scoops ice cream, snorkel rental, an ATM, great shops, and easy taxi drop off (we didn't rent a car). Patrick was a huge help with directions , advice on the drinking water (after buying bottled water, we ended up drinking the tap water which was fine), and amenities! We filled up a big bottle with tap water and left it just inside our door, to rinse off after returning from the beach. Happily only encountered a few stray mosquitos and bugs at the beach! Every beach is gorgeous and the "painkillers" are yummy! If you don't rent a car (we didn't) bring cash for the taxi's! It's paradise!!
