In our family for the last five decades, this homey Lakeshore cottage is prepped and ready to host newcomers to give them a taste of our Keweenaw Peninsula paradise. Take a refreshing respite in the quiet or experience the bustle of historic downtown Calumet from our 500 sqft guest apartment. This studio apartment is lofted above the detached garage with a private entrance. Within walking distance of bars, restaurants, coffeehouses, bakeries, and local ski and snowmobile trails our guest home is a perfect place to explore all the Keweenaw peninsula has to offer. Guests have 24/7 access to the host, when necessary, as I live in the detached main house.

With panoramic views from inside and out you’ll have amazing sunsets and spectacular views of the lake. The nighttime views of the stars and the Northern Lights are even better! Inside there is plenty of room to stretch out and relax, sit in front of the fireplace, relax in the jacuzzi tub or even play a game of pool. Just a short drive to Eagle River, Eagle Harbor and Copper Harbor.

The space is a charming and quant, tiny 300 sq ft attached space, and offers a full bathroom, a full size bed, and efficiency kitchen with a microwave, hot plate and toaster oven (no stove or oven). This quiet space is located on a small hobby farm with a many social animals. Sip your coffee and watch our sheep graze before you head out on your next adventure

Welcome to Walden! Walden is a couples retreat. Our cabin is brand new construction. It has an open layout, large windows, full kitchen and living room. One bedroom and bathroom complete with washer and dryer. Walden is tucked into the trees on a private lot. The deck is the best spot to sit and let the sun wash over you. At night its quiet and the stars are bright.
