Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! On the hill with a veranda with unlimited views, overlooking the bay. Capacity: 4 to 5 people Floor level: Kitchen (fully furnished with washing machine-coffee maker-oven) and lounge -air conditioning. Bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. On loft: a double bed and an extra bed. the house has its own place to swim to share (occasionally) another house of the same owner! It is really a superb place, with a patio overlooking the bay.
